“I'm a people guy, so service is important to me. I've been going here for about two years, but today I have to post. I've learned quite a bit about protein in general, but the most important thing is to trust the butcher. So today, I scored a 2" premium ribeye and though I had a selection in mind, I asked for their advice. They sent me in another direction and it was a triumph. With a steak this big, my default is a dry brine, reverse sear, and brown butter braise with garlic, thyme, and rosemary. I have to say, this was the best steak I've ever had the pleasure to eat. Not because what I did was special, but because what Robby and his son do is special. I can't say enough good things. Honestly, if you're in the area, stop in and you won't be disappointed.”

“The butcher really knows his craft, you can special order a lot of not so common products here. I buy South African boereworse here, it's an authentic recipe and tastes amazing. He also does to order pork bangers and other British sausages.”

“Awesome meats. Skip the grocery stores and don't be afraid to step into another culture. Very nice people and staff that want your business. Don't think that Cartersville doesn't have a butcher shop because they do, right here. They sell such a high volume, the meat stays fresh. I've gotten beef shanks that you cannot find anywhere except at a butcher shop, which will charge you 3 times what you'll pay here. Also, if you want to make an authentic Mexican/Spanish dish, everything you need is here. If you have questions about ingredients for the dish, you are among the most authentic people ready to give advice. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.”

“Good visit.Negative first: it's expensive (like all Honeybaked Hams).Otherwise, it was great. The store was clean and welcoming. Loads of available foods, all of them delicious. Prices and expirations were clearly marked. The workers were very friendly. Ms. Phyllis was especially kind.If you have the money, this place has exactly what you need to have a good meal (either to take home or to enjoy right there).Easy to get into and out of, traffic-wise, too.”

“Amazing service! I am visiting from out of town and wanted fresh lamb. The butcher was really kind and showed us his fresh product and let us choose what we wanted and how we wanted it cut. The entire store was extremely clean! I recommend this spot to anyone looking for fresh meat, especially Desi customers they have dhal, paratha, everything for a great meal.”

“I came in yesterday (10/18/23 around noon) just to try out some sandwich, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered their signature sandwich The Honeybaked, which is honey baked ham on hoagie with lettuce, tomato and a honey glaze sauce. Wow what a treat. I didn't get the ladies name that was taking orders (and cooking, and serving) but she is an absolute doll. The few times I've come in here she is always here, smiling, cheerful, pleasant and professional.Actual pleasure to come in for lunch and I highly recommend.”

“Making a reservation is good. I went before the rush so it was ok. Of course, they had what I reserved. The prices are not low. It is the ham you want though. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable. My coupon didn't work, but they fixed it super quick, and I was not double billed for a cancel, refund, and re-bill. I always go here for the holidays!”
