Vickie and the staff at Midgard were extremely helpful and flexible when my reservation at another U-Haul dealer got messed up. Because of their accommodations and responsiveness to my need for an appliance dolly I was able to successfully get my fridge and washer/dryer in my new home. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend Midgard as their customer service is unmatched.

Harold was very kind, talkative, helpful, and respectful. To us and my First Lady with trying to figure out which storage to get and which one would fit best with all of her items from her hair salon. And he didn’t stop until she found the best one. And stayed and made conversation with us the whole time making sure we was good and comfortable which we was. Customer service was great I would recommend 10/10

AVOID!! While the staff on-site have been very friendly, the Midgard corporate goons are total jerks. My rent has been raised over the past 3 years from $120 to $219 without any explanation. When I cancelled my lease, I missed their 30 day notice period by a single day so had to pay for an entire extra month.

Herald in the office is amazing, and he will make sure that everything you need for a successful move, you have! He has been more than helpful for us and offered us solutions to help relieve some of the stress of moving. Definitely would suggest going through them for any storage or uhaul needs!!
