I had a project, ten years in the making that I wanted to complete. I asked Victor to come help and perform this project with his team at MOG Improvement. The project went flawless, on time, on budget, and as expected by his clear and appropriate communication. Myself and my wife are extremely impressed by his service and look forward to the next project on the list to come. Several neighbors have seen the work as well and have expressed interest based on how it looks. Thank you for a job well done.

My husband and I have been happy clients of MOG Improvement services for over a year now. They helped us renovate our last home which included a total master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel . We also painted walls and replaced our floors throughout the home. Victor has been nothing but trust worthy from the beginning. There's a very high demand for his services but he always made time for us and kept to his appointments. His team has an great eye for design and worked with us to use the most out of our space and materials. I find i can be very particular about things and details and Victor was so patient which is what every client needs . He listens! We were sad to relocate for work and leave our beautiful home but have already gotten MOG out to our new residence for appraisals on work that needs to be done. Thanks for the Integrity and Hardwork MOG see you soon!!! **oh yeah ! Forgot to mention: MOG isn't the cheapest or the most expensive but they did come into our home and repair the damage made by two other contractors my husband and I hired months before and for that, we really value MOG.

First things first: MOG does great work. I highly recommend them. Why, you ask? Because my addition is lovely. I added on a closet and bathroom to create a larger master suite. Permits took forever, so as long as you can be patient for the city to issue, the pay off is worth it. Victor is the owner and is fantastic to work with. He kept me updated every step of the way. And was always available to answer any questions and help set expectations. Chris was my project manager and one of the nicest guys I've met, always around to check in on the progress and keep things moving forward. They are both super responsive. Victor's crew is great, very nice, hard workers...and they are FAST! I work from home a lot so I got to see the entire process and it was fascinating to see the amount of progress each day. I purchased all the interior finishes, they include building materials in the scope. They pay attention to detail, the plumbing and electrical work are flawless, the drywall and tile work is beautiful, and I'm really happy with the final result. We passed all inspections along the way because these guys are pros. Of course, with any construction, things might not go exactly as planned, but it was refreshing to trust that the crew will address any touch ups or fixes along the way to make a beautiful end result the customer is happy with. Definitely consider MOG for home additions and remodeling - prices are right for really exceptional work.
