Never been to this place and I went for the first time and it is a nifty place. They even have a section for deals, too! Shea helped me and went above and beyond. She showed me how great customer service is not gone. Party America is the place for nice and affordable party favors.

PARTY CITY IS CHEAPER. Nothing wrong with this store they had beautiful items but when I compared to party city they were almost $1 more for some items and they do not do military discounts (party city does). My business will go to party city for these two reasons even though they are further away.

Showed up on Christmas Eve right at 355 and although they were closing early at 4, Google map time wasn’t updated, the three closing people didn’t turn me away, even asked how they could help and were still Very cheery and happy to help put together a 35+ balloon arrangement for me that I think will really win over Xmas!! Thank you so much to this store and that closing team …. I saw where other reviews were saying they were expensive mine were less than $2 a balloon blown up

They just weren’t honest from the beginning, Before I paid I made sure to ask about the purchase policy because I wasn’t sure about some things and I was told as long as things weren’t open and had the receipt and right card I could return …went back and then was told I couldn’t …I just didn’t like how she kept looking back and forth on the receipt and bags for awhile ( judging like I was lying) …the she said well maybe if it was only 2 days after I could …..I guess she makes exceptions for “certain” people only ?♀️

Very pricy compared to other stores, they are charging 8 $for helium balloons, 8 $ per single balloon as per their worker on 9/23/23. Will take my business to somewhere else.

The team was friendly, patient, and helpful. They assisted my son in finding a fantastic dinosaur costume. The wide selection of costumes and party supplies was impressive, and the store was well-organized.

I always get my special occasion balloons here! I placed an onlineorder the day before Easter not knowing they were closed on Easter. Dana called in the morning to tell me that she came in just to fulfill my order even though they were closed. I’m so grateful that they went above and beyond to get my order to me! I’ll be back for sure. Very professional!
