I was returning/exchanging an online order, and the store associates were knowledgeable, professional and friendly (not to mention accommodating). Each staff member I made contact with knew how to do all aspects of their jobs. The Acworth Petco is fortunate to have the 3 associates who helped me. They went above and beyond, and were happy to do it.

I went in for dog food. At the register, the cashier saw that I was buying Hills brand. She grabbed a coupon that saved me $7.00. That was so helpful and very appreciated!

Aquarium lighting was out employees stated that they couldn't sell any aquatic life do to the lights being down. Then asked for plants and was told to wait so she could help another customer that already had another associate so i got pushed aside for someone interested in getting a reptile very rude Poor service avoid this location!!! Shop the Acworth location.

We ordered dog food online and then when we arrived the bag we wanted had ripped. So the employees in the store gave us the same type of food but a slightly bigger bag. It was very nice of them to do so instead of just trying to replace it with something we didn't get. It's a breadth of fresh air to have such considerate customer service.
