“Came in Saturday morning to send a package. There was a long line and people in front of me very upset about it. I stayed bc I did not have time to drive to a different post office. Only one person was working (Jessica). I felt bad for her as someone in front of me started yelling at her about the line and how bad the customer service was. She calmly apologized and tried to assist them. When it was my turn she greeted me with a smile, and apologized for the long wait. She was nothing but professional. I will come back to this office bc of her. I only gave four stars because I do believe there should be more people working. Not only for the long line but it truly seems unsafe for the employee as well.”

“Regina gave me great customer service. I called from over 400 miles away and asked if she could track down a pkg i sent. My tracking info showed it was getting bounced around between locations due to a mistake made at my local post office and it was currently at her post office. She found it, corrected the problem, assigned a new tracking number & called me back with the new number. I doubt my package would've been delivered on time (or at all) if she hadn't acted so quickly. Thank you so much Regina!!!”
“This is a great location. I observed a customer that came in mad and looking for a problem, testing three of the employees and he wanted them to call the cops over a very minor matter. I understand people are stressed out here and he was totally out of line.the employees handled it with excellence. This is one of the best United States Postal Service locations that I’ve ever been to. I’m thankful I live in Kennesaw and frequent this place.”
“I come to this office everyday and the employees are so friendly and helpful! I have never had a problem, they are like family to me now. Great location, that I prefer over any other location in my area.”
