Price increase every few months, promised 2 free months and that was not honored. The security gate did not work for the first 6 months. Since the gate was never working someone defecated in between our truck and the wall. Horrible experience.

Horrible company, do not rent from them. They asked for a card number under the false pretenses I would not be charged until I picked up the keys for the storage space and everything was set in stone. Without me using their services, picking up keys, or signing anything, they charged $94 on my card and when I called to cancel once I let them know I would not need the space- the day which was planned to pick up the keys - they refused to refund me the money. Will be reporting them to the BBB. Do not use!! Never had such a horrible experience with a storage company before - I was misled, lied to, and taken advantage of/scammed.

Wasn't happy here. When the drive was blown off all the debris was blown into mu unit and onto my belongings. Pest control was not existent. Except for a few rodant traps. Gate was closed 98% of the time. Will never use an outside unit again. Every few months rent would be raised for no reason given. No upgrades to the the property. I do not recommend them at all.

They constantly raise prices, customer service is lousy found climate control unit that's larger for literally 1/3 the price
