Lady work the front counter she seems to be the manager. Was every rude to customers All because she had to come inside and stop hanging outside talking to her boy friend. Was rude to the customers was rude to the lady working in the back told her to go home because she dropped something. I’ve worked in the restaurant business so it’s no difference than working in a gas station. Your customers come first you’re the ones that make your money so you shouldn’t be rude to them and you should not be rude to your employees just because you’re mad because you have to come in at work hopefully, I can get in touch with the manager to let them know was not happy with this race track at all

Three truck centers and three hotels within a one-mile radius, and this specific location never has food available between 11 PM and 5 AM. What's the purpose of having the inside open 24/7 just to buy drinks and sweets? Might as well close the inside and just leave the pumps on if there is going to be no food.

Today I would like to give Shelby five stars for her exceptional Customer Service. She was extremely pleasant, fast pace, knowledgeable, and kind hearted. I also like the other associates. I would definitely recommend this location.

First of all I walk up to the front counter to check out my bottle water. 3 racetrac employees are behind the front counter. One female was sitting and 2 were standing in front of her talking. A male and two females. I’m standing at the counter no one acknowledge me. The young lady name bayl(sp) short lady beautiful hair comes around the counter to helps me. One thing I can say she always working. She takes pride in her job. The rest need training again. So unprofessional.

12/28/3024 @ 0245. Store closed, I get it stuff happens but the lady in side could of put a note on the door explaining that vs just staring at customers. Not untill I knocked on the door then she said they were closed. BP next door happily took my money.

I will never forget the amazing employees that work here, a customer at this location stole my keys and all of these employees went above and beyond to help me look for them. When it was officially decided that my keys were stolen, they allowed me to wait inside of the store, they even offered to get me a ride to where I needed to go. Making sure I was hydrated, and were overall kind, fantastic people. The foundation of a successful business is kindness and customer service, this location has everything. Thank you, Jonathan, especially to the rest of the team. Thank you again! :-)

I completely understand the short staffing in the Gas Station industry. I’ve ran my fair share, however, a 24/7 gas station closed On Labor Day weekend Saturday night I drove 5 miles out of my way to go to that particular store. I walk up to the door and apparently they’re closed till 5:30 AM. I arrived at 10:30Pm

I come to this Racetrac religiously as a rideshare driver. Tonight, however, I decided to drive late...and it's closed? It says on here that it's 24hrs, and EVERY Racetrac I've ever been to is 24hrs, so I'm a little bummed that I have less than a quarter tank of gas and have to find somewhere else to fuel up. I'd pay at the pump, but I need my Racetrac Rewards points. This is my favorite location *sob* but here's to hoping the one on 92 is actually 24hrs
