5 Clerks in the store at 2pm in the afternoon, ONLY 1 is on a register and actually doing something. Management needs to step in. Horrible service.

The vibe is great and I appreciate them telling me welcome to racetrack. The cashiers were friendly and not just me but the other people in line I really like this place.

I stood in line for a few minutes and there was not a cashier at the register. I was tempted to just leave my purchases on the counter and leave.

Put in doordash pickup order but the store is closed beacuse of short staff. Doordash wont help and no one from store picks up the phone.
Update: after contacting the manager after few days in person, they did fulfill the order.

Store isn't bad. Hours for the store is way off. I drive by here everyday at 5am and sometimes it's open sometimes it's not. They need to either change your hours or hire more people.

Holy Toledo Batman! I have found gas station heaven. The bathroom was clean, the coffee station ground the beans and they had real half and half. Then to top it off there was a froyo station with toppings. The only place better is Buckees and let's face it. Nobody compares, but this was a really nice surprise. Highly recommend if you need a quick stop.

Need to change the open sign to closed due to short of staff according to the note posted on the door. Bullshit... wasted my time and my gas to get here and being jerked around now I'm late for work bc I have to stop at another gas station.

Racetrac is great but they really should post their store hours separately from their gas pump hours. Both I went to last night around 10:15 pm were closed, but the 1st I thought was a fluke because there was just a paper sign taped to the door noting the closure. Seems not to be the case. Stating that they are open 24 hours without distinction is confusing.

I am 40+ yrs old! This black heavy set cashier was rude and lacks customer service . I got 2 cups of ice 2 slices of pizza 2 mikes harder drinks and an apple juice. Got to the register and didn’t have my physical ID. So I proceeded to show her my state ID in my apple wallet which accepted every where. You need a code from the state for it to be placed on your phone!!! Anyway she told no it’s not accepted. I went out found my old id which you only need to verify my age. She says that not valid! Then my daughter who’s 23 yrs of age goes to complete the purchase she said no!!! I recently traveled and a little turned around about the placement of my ID in my bags as I found it I decided y’all can keep it and I’ll go somewhere else! I said yrs ago I hated this location and wouldn’t go back! Now vow I never go back to this sorry location!! And they always have the rudest ppl working there… I will stick to Quik Trip.
