You can't get better service from a jewelry store than going to Rudi's. My mom surprised me with a gold bracelet for Christmas. The top bracelet was from the year prior but both pieces were purchased from Rudi's Fine Jewelry. From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile and a welcome as if you are apart of the family. The selection of jewelry is a girls' dream, after all Diamonds are a girl's best friend. I will definitely be back year after year to add to my collection. The quality and value is wonderful, and the service even better. It was a nice Christmas shopping experience and the security of an officer in the building was an added comfort due to the crazy world we live in today.

Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also reasonable in their pricing and do fine work. We had a wedding band resized and it looked beautiful. We would use them again.

I am very much disappointed with the quality of service. I brought my white gold Diamond ring to the store to have it resized and it changed color. It was yellowish color after. They want to charge me ADDITIONAL $125 to fix it back to its original color. Please be very careful taking your Diamond rings or any jewelries to the store.

Very disappointed in this company!!!! The blond woman who works the counter is very nice! BUT - my man gave me an engagement ring but did not (of course) tell me what it was worth or give me an appraisal so I took it into this shop which I have done business with before and asked them to tell me what the ring was worth. The owner of the company said "between $1,000 and $1,500". I was kind of upset that my man would give me such an inexpensive ring that I almost gave it back to him but she convinced me not to do that. I took it to an appraisal service and got back a 6 page report on that ring yesterday and was shocked to learn the actual value was 6X more that what they quoted! Now I wonder if they ripped me off on the things that I have purchased and had repaired with them. Never again will I use this jewelry shop!

I have no idea where these people get good reviews. I took my watch in for a battery,which they charge big for to start with. They took my watch to the back to replace the battery only to come back to tell me that the new battery wouldn't fix it, and that I need a major cleaning (around $130) to fix it. More than I paid for the watch. I took it to a "REAL" honest jeweler for a second opinion. Rudi not only kept my battery, but also messed up the coil while removing the battery! The honest jeweler not only fixed the coil (after showing me the damage), but cleaned and repaired the watch AND replaced the battery for $10!!!!! What a con!

My Husband has bought all our jewelry from Rudi's. The customer service is beyond what you could ever expect from a department store. This place is owned and operated by a very kind and loving family. I am always greeted by a warm friendly welcome. This kind of customer relation is not replicated anywhere else.As for the jewelry it is amazing. The jeweler is definitely a talented craftsman and takes pride in his work. He repaired an antique diamond ring setting and that diamond ain't going anywhere. My husband bought a beautiful garnet ring in white gold and I wear it nearly every day.My husband's glasses recently broke and the jeweler didn't even hesitate. He immediately repaired the glasses and my husband says they are better than brand new.Best jewelry store in the area.

This Jeweler is awesome. I have gone there several times and everyone is always so friendly and make you feel like a welcome family member. They helped me get my son's class ring fit correctly and other jewelry repairs. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

First let me give you the backstory. My 18 year old enlisted Army son chose this place to have his gold necklace repaired on Christmas Eve. They were very friendly and repaired it quickly. The story continues from there. An hour or so later the necklace broke again. My son took it back and they repaired that break and another one for no charge. Excellent, right? During the time he waited for the repair to be completed, my son was looking at watches. The lady behind the counter convinced him to purchase a $400+ watch. It was very nice, but truly an impulse purchase. He decided that he would return it. I rode with him to do the return. The owner told him he could not return the watch because they had removed a couple of links to make it fit properly. That's when I went into the store. The owner told me the same thing. No returns if there's been work done on a piece. I asked him if he had informed my son. He said it was printed on the receipt. The receipt that he gave my son after the transaction had occurred. I asked him if he had verbally told my son about this policy. His response: "am I supposed to tell every customer that we will not accept returns if we do any work on something?" My response was "Yes, how is the customer supposed to know your policy if you don't verbalize it?" There was nothing done to the watch. It hadn't even been taken out of the box. The owner acted like it was now trashed and could not be sold. He tried to make my son feel guilty about doing the return. He said he couldn't sell it now because it was a used watch and he didn't sell anything used. He told me I knew nothing about his business. There, he's right, but I have worked in retail, and I know that the watch was not damaged, and could still be sold as new. I know if we were going to be charged $400+ for a watch that the wholesale price was close to half of that price. In the end he agreed to refund all but $75 dollars of the original sales price. It was a painful experience that didn't have to be. Instead of writing a review on bad business practices, I'd be writing about the superior customer service we received. Sadly, what we got was a lot of arguing, and guilt trips from someone who should have been trying to earn future business. I'm sure not everyone will have the same experience that we did, but be warned that if anything, even something as simple as removing a link from a watch, is done, you will have to fight to get this company to return your money.

I have to admit, this was going to be a bad review. My boyfriend bought a necklace from there that I just did not like. I told him to go and return it. When he went back, he was told that they do not do any returns on clearance items. The problem is that this policy was NOT told to us when purchasing and is not stated anywhere in the store AND is not even on the receipt! I thought that was ridiculous as this kind of thing should be stated at least when you buy something! However, the lady was very nice and said she would do an exchange, which I appreciated. She was very friendly and understood my point of view, which I appreciated. I was going to say that I will never buy something here again, but after her kindness, I wouldn't mind doing business there again. I think this is a good lesson for the store to really tell their customers about return policies. It is important. I guess I recommend, Just be aware of no returns on clearance items!
