Hours say close at 7:00 stylist says close at 6:00 but it’s 4:00 and she says she’s booked up! No body waiting! Since covid this location is all over the place! Every time I try to stop in it’s another story!

I went to get a haircut and was told they only do men/boys haircuts. You might want to post that on the door before the next woman who comes in asking for one just to get rejected. Guess you don’t need the business.

Was scheduled for a haircut, arrived at the time the online check-in system advised I arrive only to be told they were closed the rest of the day due to already scheduled haircuts. When I mentioned that I was supposed to be one of them I was told “you were removed for some reason, sorry”. Went out of my way to come to this location only to waste my time.

The Customer service at the Acworth location is rough. It could use some real attention. The sports Clips at the Marietta location on Dallas highway are professional and caring. I have given this location several tries, but I always leave feeling frustrated about one thing or the other, especially with the the check in process.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I completely understand not wanting to serve customers last minute. I however, arrived to this location 35 minutes before closing (which in my 8 years of experience going to different sports clips, a haircut takes no longer than 20). I checked in on the app, drove here to find my appointment was canceled and they locked the doors early. My fathers funeral is tomorrow, and I just got off of work and wanted a haircut so that I could look nice. Maybe advertise different hours or at least call the customer if they have an appointment.

I have to say this was my first time here and I was so pleased and my son was so pleased we left very excited and content! Kara was absolutely amazing and she did exactly what we asked and she just showed her talents as she snipped away! Truly grateful! My 11 yr old never smiled after a haircut like he did today!!! Bonnie cut my hair and she was an absolute sweetheart and do a great job. The whole staff was welcoming and very friendly as well. 5 stars from me !
