I just walked out of Staples on Cobb Parkway in Acworth, and what an experience. The young man who checked me out did not greet me, ask me how I wanted my receipt, or say thank you or goodbye. He was talking to someone on his Bluetooth AirPods and disregarded me as a customer. Management must educate young, inexperienced team members on the value of personal relationships, engagement, and customer service. The young lad needs observation. Disappointed.

In the two weeks between this visit and my last, the entire store had changed as they upgraded and renovated. I was immediately lost. This particular store seems to have enough workers, but when you need a question answered it is sometimes difficult to find one near you.

The associate ha doing the TSA process was extremely knowledgeable & professional! Very convenient & stressless way to get through the TSA process. I would definitely recommend Staples for this!

I was the only regular customer in the store, looking for index cards. There was a lady doing TSA precheck and a lady promoting her Holocaust book.I waited for 10min listening to the lady promote her book to two employees. Neither of them ever acknowledged me or asked to help me. I found another employee to ask her and she just pointed in the area I had already looked. It’s weird to pay extra for stuff I could easily get on Amazon and also get terrible service. I left.

I went to this Staples for an appt. to get TSA PreCheck Enroll. They were fast, efficient and courteous. Then, I did some shopping as the Back to School sale items were good deals.

I just went in with my bonus mom. The one that took care of us was Brooke. She was amazing she took such great care of us. Amazing customer service. We will never get anything printed anywhere else. We were there to have a memorial pamphlet made for her daughter. The other place we used wouldn't have them made in time so we went here for a rush order. Brooke went above and beyond to have exactly what we needed. Thank you so much we needed this blessing.

The store on Cobb Parkway in Acworth is my favorite store. The associates are welcoming and efficient. They know the functions of the store and Staples as a whole. Well run and very well staffed!!

The print services are amazing. I had a weird size (5x7) that I needed to print individual signs for, and they not only were super fast, but their customer service was incredible, and the prints look amazing! Highly recommend

Had an appointment for tsa precheck today. Brought my ID & birth certificate, the employee said his ID machine is down and that I need a passport. (I don’t have a passport). He said the website needs to be updated that you have to bring a passport for this specific location UNTIL he gets a new ID machine. It’s not his fault and he was apologetic. The process of getting TSA precheck has been extremely unorganized.He said the Dallas highway location employees quit in the TSA precheck area so that’s why they aren’t taking appointments either.
