9/3/25- Mr. Dudek, I have contacted your office several times and asked to speak with you, I’m told you’re not available each time.
If you truly care about your customers, you will call me directly instead of the generic reply here.
Due to the misinformation I was given by Sierra about my homeowners insurance policy, it has caused an immense amount of confusion, frustration and loss of time for me. Screenshots below with both claim numbers; I called and spoke to the auto claims adjuster who can’t communicate with the homeowners insurance department. State Farm has determined my 12 year-old is at fault for this incident and has referred me to a subrogation firm. They told me I have to pay them $5000 by Friday or I’ll be sued.
Definitely don’t get what you pay for with State Farm. You’ll be
just another insurance payment to this agent. Do yourself a favor and run to any other insurance provider. (I am a customer of the location in Woodstock)

I called State Farm to hopefully lower my auto premium and State Farm's agent, Kris Huggins, was able to lower my premium by almost $400.00. He was very friendly and at the same time, very professional. I would recommend that anyone searching the internet for a better premium to call Kris.
