They are always good. Price up front matches what you pay or less.

Called Two Men and a Truck to get a quote to move a curio cabinet that I purchased from and individual that was 30mi from my home and nothing else. The call went like this, a weekday would be cheaper and the best. It will be $160 an hr. min. with a two hr. min. then $160 to get the truck to where they would pick up the item. Also there will be a charge for the distance involved that's when I said no way and hung up the phone. I'm already at $500 before the charge of the trip fee! Keep in mind it was just 1, ONE furniture item and nothing else. If you like your money I would suggest to STAY AWAY!

Avoid Two Men and a Truck at all costs. I was a fool and coached into the "free" insurance (.60/lb) by one of the movers who assured me "we won't drop/break anything anyway." That same mover (Andrew) I come to learn is a 50 year old office manager who shouldn't have been on the move in the first place. He proceeded to be responsible for breaking/damaging several items in the move. One of the damaged items wasn't even reported damaged. This item was a free standing pantry. One of the legs had snapped off in the truck and replaced under the pantry loose. The pantry fell over onto my partner. Thankfully no trip to the ER was required and no pets were injured/killed. This along will all of the other damage was the result of a rushed loading job onto the truck even after I asked at a few points if they would take the extra time to take certain things apart. No wrapping was used and few moving blankets were used. Again, all the decision of Andrew who assured me nothing would get damaged.Given the extraordinary move for a company that consistently reminds me of their 97% satisfaction and 1% damage rate, they refuse to do anything to make up for the tremendous damages caused. Even after their gross negligence could have sent me or my partner to the ER or worse and even after I was coached into not taking a paid insurance option (which I was reading through when goaded into the free option), they refuse to make right by me for this move. If I am truly in such the small % minority, you would figure they would do the bare minimum to try and retain me as a customer. They did complete a claim/settlement for the damaged items at the 0.60/lb rate, but given the circumstances of the move this was not appropriate. When I asked for a portion more, I was simply told they "unable to move forward with any additional settlement."I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. Even if they had been more reasonable with the settlement. The fact they they send out unqualified movers who mishandled your furniture is NOT the service I am paying for. They moved all my furniture, but that service means nothing if it's all broken/damaged. Save your time, sanity, and money. Pick literally any two people off the street, rent a truck, and you'll be better off.I'm looking to move forward with a BBB claim and legal advise on the issues that came up during the move. Also, for whenever they comment to assure me they will be looking into the claim and or have successfully resolved the claim, please review reader, know it is not the case.

I'm not sure why all of these recent reviews are so awful, this company is amazing! Everyone honestly cares about each, individual move and their customer service is exceptional. The movers were very respectful to both me and my belongings. It was clear that they love their jobs and are so happy to help their customers however they can. I can't recommend them more!!

Broke multiple items. I had many boxes marked fragile with red fragile stickers on every side of the box and still say them slinging them around. They don't care about your stuff because it's not theirs. I packed items well with packing paper and bubble wrap and still had several broken items. One of the guys DROPPED my desk and broke it to where it couldn't be used and it was not a heavy desk. We have been back and forth trying to get that replaced when the replacement was around $350. They waited so long to get back to us so now it is $450 just for them to tell us we need to buy it and they would write a check BUT only for 60 cents per pound as we were explained we didn't need the extra insurance bc we could get up to 60 cents per pound of our entire move. Now they are backpedaling and saying it's 60 cents per pound of the item. They didn't explain it that way. I'm wondering how they weighed each item specifically if that were the case. Lol so with it not being a heavy desk, we may get $20 for a $450 desk. How does that make sense? I regret we chose this company to move. They also chipped the corner of my Trim in my brand new house while moving my washer in to the laundry room and they knew they did it and didn't say anything. Bad business with careless employees.

far fyomprofessional i, broke our Tv, furniture, the foreman spent more time flirting with my wife and felt brave enough to touch her, guys on crew almost engage in a fist fight inside my residence, refused to move most anything, didn't use proper boxing to protect the tv, or beds mattresses, covers. Run away from this company as fast as you can especially Dallas, they have a policy of weight reimbursement, so your tv that weighs 40-50 lbs is worth just that, not the 750 it took to replace what they broke. Worst moving company you will ever hire....

I would give NO stars if possible - horrible experience. Relocated from Georgia to Florida and our 65" tv was dropped. The legs broke off of it, and it no longer works - screen is pixilated. After two months of trying to reach someone to rectify the situation, we finally got ahold of someone who said we would need to pay $1000 toward a new tv. Horrible communication and many things were broken (the tv being the biggest concern). DO NOT USE!!!!

Customer Service is terrible Supposed to be an afternoon move Became a very late afternoon move Didn't bother to call and let me know Blamed the me for not being more specific about the time After numerous phone calls I finally got in touch with someone who felt guilty enough to send another crew to the assisted living facility to move my 94 year old mother It was after 9:00 Pm before the move e was completed Terrible customer service Don't use them!

I highly highly recommend Two Men and a Truck (Buckhead location). The scheduling was professional and very easy--we got the exact time and day we wanted. Their prices are very competitive--I did a lot of price comparisons across town. And the moving team was *amazing*! They finished in half the time we expected, and were so friendly and funny. Somehow the team (James, Mike, and Mitch) made moving *enjoyable* whereas I normally feel stressed, exhausted, and frustrated. But the guys kept us laughing, took great care of our belongings, and were more professional than any movers I've used before (and I've moved over 6 times in recent years). Don't hesitate to book Two Men and a Truck today!

Everyone did a great job. They were careful with all of our household items and had some heavy items to move from place to place. Good attitudes and hard workers. Arthur, Mike & Malik. Great crew out of the Acworth location.

Highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. The team (Bobby, James, and Mike) were fast, efficient, and were constantly working. I had some big pieces of furniture and they never complained. I had a sofa that wouldn't get through the door at the new place. Again, no complaints and they said they would make it happen. They ended up hoisting the sofa upright to the 2nd floor back deck!! One guy grabbed it from the deck, the other hopped up and held on, then the 3rd hopped up and they pulled it over the deck. I couldn't believe it! They saved the day and made a stressful day relatively easy! Worth every dime!
