I had my worst experience with courier services during the last month and it’s 2 incidents that are both related to delivery of packages.
Incident 1-: I had a package to be delivered within 3 days under Amazon prime. And have an Amazon hub in my community. And I live in the building next to the hub and my apartment is the first one when enters the building. The person who is supposed to deliver the package kept updating system saying I have moved out and unable to reach. They never tried reaching. There was no method for us to contact the center or delivery person. Every day they pick the parcel from center and then return back at the end of the day. After 4th day somehow through seller I informed them that I can pick it from this place and went and picked it up. The person who was incharge did not pay attention to my complaint as it was quite normal for them.
Incident 2-: This is the worst. I was expecting 2 urgent packages from my office. A laptop and a monitor. I was tracking it and on the day of delivery nothing got delivered during the given time window. Again I was not able to contact anyone. Again they updated that I’m not home which was a lie. There were 5 people at home. Next day again same thing. In the afternoon the monitor’s delivery update showed that it was delivered. And the photo showed a door without a clue as to where it was. He dropped the package with monitor at a random doo4 and took the laptop package with him since it needs a signature. Luckily the owner of the random apartment contacted me through leasing office and I managed to pick it up. But the laptop this guy delivered to a nearby Pakmail location the next day for me to pick next day . And from there I was informed that this is a normal thing and delivery team doesn’t try to deliver anything with a responsibility. So many signatures required packages end up at their place since the delivery team is too lazy t9 do their job. I had to face a whole different situation with my employer who said it was difficult to believe such things and I might have not been at home and that’s why it took 3 days to deliver it leaving me no proof to prove my claim.
Anyway this is the worst . They should have given mor3 respect to belongings of people and should pay more attention to their work. Can’t appreciate this level of irresponsibility

Literally awful, I’m not home to sign for packages ever and they require it, I just moved to a new house and they won’t let me pick up the package without my license showing my new address. It’s literally 2024 all I’m trying to pick up is lowering springs for my car

Package has been sitting for 3 days now! Need my outfit for a wedding...paid shipper additional for on time delivery. Thanks to UPS I don't have it and of course they want to blame the shipper because they don't want to pay me back for the extra $ I paid for shipping. The agents you get on the phone are no help at all. I'll be going to this destination shortly to get my stuff... praying it's there because at this point who knows!!

Packages are scanned as delivered, but they are not. UPS/Employees manipulate their data by stating the package has been delivered, when in reality, it was not delivered to the shipped address, just returned to their facility. My package should have been delivered 4 days ago with Amazon Prime. But still shows delivered to the Acworth facility.

My 2nd Day Air pkg showed delivery this a.m. by 1:15p, loaded up in Acworth. That was perfectly fine. However, at about 8:30a it changed to est time 1:15-5:15p. I tried calling the CS # to see if I could get this changed back or anything I could do, but you are not allowed a live rep. If the package arrives 5p or later, that is not 2nd Day Air, that is 3rd Day ground. I can't deliver after 5p because my client is closed, making this shipment late and a third day delivery. I know UPS CS centers close at 5p, no exceptions. I should have known this would happen based on past experience. I really like my driver but I think from now on, I use FedEx.

It was closed ☹️ What? You can't ship packages out for Christmas at UPS! So I went to FedEx, they were very happy to take my money and packages.

They will find any reason not to deliver you packages. Also they are only open Monday- Friday 9am to 12, so sorry if you happen to work. They will never contact you back nor try to redeliver your packages. I’ve never had bad experience with UPS until moving to Acworth.
It’s been well over 24 hours since I was first told I would hear from my local delivery center within the hour. It’s been 2 hours since I was told the second time I would hear from the deliver center within the hour, it’s been over an hour since i saw told for the 3rd time I would hear from my local delivery center within the hour
Two days later- still not packages or word from the local UPS teams. The help through corporate UPS has told the local team will reach out every time I call them
