It was closed ☹️ What? You can't ship packages out for Christmas at UPS! So I went to FedEx, they were very happy to take my money and packages.

The delivery driver of unit 693357 was FLYING through a neighborhood in Cartersville while kids were playing outside. This could have been a tragic situation if the kids playing were not paying attention. Speeding through a neighborhood is completely UNACCEPTABLE under any situation, especially when you are a professional driver in a large vehicle. Please review safety expectations with this driver because his driving could cause a preventable accident.

I never, ever leave a bad review. But, I felt compelled to in this situation. My daughter had to pick up a very important legal document. She was in the office, the lady told her that she had just clocked out and was NOT going to clock back in just to get a package. My daughter then begged her to please help and asked if there was anyone else who could assistant and she said, NO, you need to leave and come back Monday....Really? I find that humorous because the office is closed on Monday!!Perhaps just a bit of decency or customer service? Just an awful experience with dreadful customer service. I will be avoiding this place at all cost in the future.

The dispatch team for this center is not afraid to give false information. The only reason i don’t out right call them lies is because I don’t have enough evidence to constitute the usage of that word. However, their drivers are perfectly fine with NOT delivering your package and making you do the absolute most to receive your package simply out of spite, negligence and unprofessionalism. A driver took my parcel back to Acworth TWICE while saying they left it cartersville, mean while their dispatch team will happily defend their drivers, even if they are completely in the wrong.

My package's expected delivery was at 7pm according to ups online, however the courier attempted to deliver my package at 1030am. There was no way for me to sign for this package at my home since I would not be home until later that night at 5pm and so I scheduled a pickup at the store. In the end I come to find out that this location is only open from 9am - 12pm tuesdays to Fridays. Who thought that was a good idea? Congratulations on being my first one-star review.

Pleased experience for a UPS location. Only open 3 hours a day during the week which is for the 4 star rating.

Medical package was sent 2-day air, UPS said they couldn’t deliver due to inclement weather due to thunderstorms on the first day (to a covered porch as well). Second day it was supposed to be delivered by noon, never showed up. Multiple calls to customer service day a local supervisor will cash me within the hour to schedule pickup. 6 hours later and no a peep from anyone. Called customer service again and they have no idea of the package is held for pickup or not.UPS has gone downhill and their customer service is literally useless with the runaround info they provide. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Had a package to be delivered that was signature required and the driver put it in someone's mailbox. Not sure if it was ours or not but it's not there.

I have ordered two packages that were not delivered by ups and instead of notifying me in any capacity they opted to just send one of my packages back, when they failed to notify me that I had to pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up I wouldn’t have had it mailed in the first place :) also the call centers are absolutely useless if you are looking for any help, I’d recommend just calling ups stores and asking if they have your package which I spent well over an hour doing today instead of them reaching out to me.

They will find any reason not to deliver you packages. Also they are only open Monday- Friday 9am to 12, so sorry if you happen to work. They will never contact you back nor try to redeliver your packages. I’ve never had bad experience with UPS until moving to Acworth. It’s been well over 24 hours since I was first told I would hear from my local delivery center within the hour. It’s been 2 hours since I was told the second time I would hear from the deliver center within the hour, it’s been over an hour since i saw told for the 3rd time I would hear from my local delivery center within the hourTwo days later- still not packages or word from the local UPS teams. The help through corporate UPS has told the local team will reach out every time I call them

Ups is a joke and places this are why. Second time I’ve used it and the second time they failed to either deliver or send a package.

I’d give zero stars if I could. They are open 3 hours in the morning. Not open early enough to stop by before work and close too soon for you to stop in on your lunch break. Can’t send anyone else to pick it up. They have no way for you to contact them directly. UPS phone number is also useless. You have talk to a robot to for 5 minutes just to hopefully talk to someone. I called multiple times getting different answers. I was told my package would be redelivered. It was not. Called back and was told the package was restricted and to contact the sender. Sender verified it was not restricted and that they’ve never heard of a restricted package. Super unhelpful
