At the site: long lines, mostly lazy workers, and not enough staff.
Delivery drivers: its never consistent. From.this office, some delivery drivers will skip a whole day for a neighborhood and just when you think theyre not delivering that day, you find them sitting in the van in a restaurant parking lot for significant amounts of time to pass the day and try again tomorrow, if they feel like it.

Insanely rude. I’m always as nice as can be and don’t receive the same in return in exception to Dawn, she’s friendly enough to me and acknowledges the long waits. However, the rest of the crew (of like 2 other people) are rude. I attempted to make conversation during my transaction, asking a simple question how her day was going, to receive an agitated sigh in response. I come here for my job. I don’t come here otherwise, and I wouldn’t even if it was the end of the world. 20 people in line and they have no sense of urgency. Passport photos come first yet here I am standing in line for 10+ minutes and they just walked in. If you can help it, use a different post office. How anyone is having a 5 star experience here is past me, because I haven’t seen or received 5 star service myself.

Came in Saturday morning to send a package. There was a long line and people in front of me very upset about it. I stayed bc I did not have time to drive to a different post office. Only one person was working (Jessica). I felt bad for her as someone in front of me started yelling at her about the line and how bad the customer service was. She calmly apologized and tried to assist them. When it was my turn she greeted me with a smile, and apologized for the long wait. She was nothing but professional. I will come back to this office bc of her. I only gave four stars because I do believe there should be more people working. Not only for the long line but it truly seems unsafe for the employee as well.

5/24/25 12 persons standing in line and no one at the counter. Several left. One person came to the counter, but it still took forever. Jessica who was at the counter went back and forth with a previous customer who said she had poor customer service. She seemed very sarcastic with me as well. Overall I think she just needed help and was probably tired from being the only person there. I usually try not to go to this location. I prefer driving to Kennesaw

No sense of urgency or anything approximating customer service. I would classify the attitudes of the workers as combative at best.

The slowest post office I have ever visit I thought it was only for the Christmas season considering I went again months after & still the same results is ridiculous. Taking passport people instead of getting the line down since it was outside. Just overall disappointed & probably will never come back to this office again.

They have lost over 10 packages that I've dropped off and they never scanned them. Unhelpful, rude customer service.

Nearly 20 minutes in line with noone at the counter. Folks, many of us can only mail packages out during our lunch hours and already busy day. This place is always either understaffed or has NO sense of urgency whatsoever. Our government dollars at work.

Give this place zero stars if I could. Need to get rid of all the dei hires in this place and get people that want to work.
