Worst customer service ever. I stopped by multiple days to get a passport photo done. The manager himself told me heWouldn’t do it because it was 8pm and he had other manager things to do instead of asking another employee to do it.The other day it was the lady at the register saying that they couldn’t do it either because the other staff members had more important things to do in the back.Clearly if the manager speaks to customers like this and turns customers away, he probably shouldn’t be a manager.Giving it 1 star because I can’t give it Zero.

Sometimes I have purchased toiletries or greeting cards from this location. They do have a good variety of things to choose from. However, I find them quite pricy. So, I only shop here if I'm desperate for something. One nice thing though is that they have a FedEx drop off at this location. Found that out just recently when I had to drop off a prelabeled and packed item to a company. It was very simple. The cashier at the regular cash register just scanned the box and gave me a receipt. No excessive pleasantries were exchanged.

I have been a Walgreens customer for 20+ but that ends today. 1st time in the drive thru today I was rudely treated with a very sick husband in the car. Someone from their store told me the prescription would be ready in 2 hours. It was not. I took the attitude, took him home and returned when we got the text that all 5 were ready. 2nd time in the drive thru...2 hours after first time.....left very sick husband at home needing meds. There had been some snafu with the address or name and they had filled one prescription using his middle name...took the poor girl at the register and also on the phone three trips to the back to get advice on how to figure it out. She was not sure even what questions to ask. She was getting more and more flustered and said they would have to redo that one and it would be another 20 min. I was about to be not happy when the pharmacist rushed up grabbed it and said " all I have to do is reprint this, it will just be a few minutes." The young girl then asked me to move my car to the back of the line of 5 cars in the drive through....a wayyyy more than 20 minute wait at that point. I said I would just wait and another girl appeared and told me to move or she was calling the police! Threatened by a Walgreens Employee over a few minute wait??? When it was their mistake to start with??? Walgreens had many more choices than that one. My business clearly is not important at all.

On phone for hour and a half hung up on twice and told to hold 7 times. When I finally drove there the pharmacist was exceptionally rude and told me that they don't handle phone calls at the store. You think this is something that should be told to customers. Was trying to avoid driving in because they have not been able to fill by diabetes medicine order and I am loosing feeling in my feet.

Friendly staff (especially the older gentleman who works the checkout). I wish the pharmacy drive through was open consistently during posted hours.

I have been getting prescriptions filled here for two years. The service level has dropped dramatically, and it is cumbersome to get any kind of answer regarding refills or necessary steps. I understand due to labor constraints, that it is challenging, and staff is overworked. However, the staff acts like I’m a burden to them. Recently, I was advised 45 minutes to pick up a refill, I showed up an hour later. My refill was not ready after sitting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes and was asked to go back to the end of the line. I found that experience infuriating.There are a few staff members working in the pharmacy who do not want to be there. They speak rapidly, too softly to the you can barely hear them. I have experienced this frustration. I am concerned with other customers as well. They have done this to elderly customers and other hearing impaired customers.I will no longer continue business with this Walgreens. Period. I sincerely hope this is addressed. A pharmacy should be compassionate, efficient, and set the proper expectations for healthcare needs. People working in pharmaceuticals who act like this are a disservice to our community.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy!!!!!! Wanted to charge $65 for medicine. They inserted my name wrong and didn’t fix it. This pharmacy at the location sucks!!!!

The clerks and pharmacists seem to question why you are having your medicine refilled when you request it. Last I checked and both my perscribing physicians and I deciede if I need my medicine refilled or not. They work for us the customer not their jobs to question our health care. Their job is simply to fill or refill the prescriptions ordered!!

The pharmacy and the people working in there today are incompetent. I had a doctor’s appointment at 9am where my doctor sent two RXs to this pharmacy. I didn’t attempt to pick it up until after 6pm to give them time to fill it. When I get there, they tell me they couldn’t fill one of them because they didn’t understand it. They claim to have called the doctor but said they hadn’t heard back yet.I know if they did call the doctor they only called once. I asked why I wasn’t notified because I could have contacted my doctor. Now it’s Friday evening and I have to suffer through the weekend because they didn’t care whether I got my RX or not. I’m not going to this pharmacy again.

Either they're incompetent or just refuse to fill birth control, or both. I submitted a refill twice, and both times it disappeared from my account - not cancelled or delayed, just straight up gone. When I called about it, they were extremely rude, said I had no refills, my doctor had cancelled the prescription, and I had to talk to them, even though I was staring at the available refills on the app.My doctor had no idea what they were talking about, and when I called a different Walgreens 10 minutes away, which shares the same system, they filled it immediately NO problem. Said there was no issue at all, they didn't know what the other lady was talking about.This is the second time I’ve been given the runaround for birth control at this location and I’m done. Grow up and do your job.
