John was amazing. I went to the store at pine mountain and photo machine was down had to come to this location. When I tell you I got vip treatment and order was ready before pick up time, Hilary checked me out and she was a sweetheart. Thank you thank you for having people who cared when the store was super busy

Terrible follow up. Extremely long hold times over 15 min. Pharmacist said it was “Walgreens policy” not to call other Walgreens to see if they had the medication in stock. I had to do it myself. Poor customer care.

I had some pics transferred to coffee mugs and they turned out great. My wife and I were pleased with the outcome.

They’re there to answer questions; however, when the pharmacist was asked a very relevant question she simply gave me the drug manufacturer’s phone number and told me to call them and ask. In addition, my husband was sat in the drive through one day, they closed the blinds in his face to go to lunch, and there was no one behind him. They stared him straight in the face while they did it, very unprofessional.

Worst experience getting vaccinated. I made appointments for me and my 2 kids, arrived early, filled all the paperwork out, and it still took over an hour. I’ll excuse the extra 20 minutes it took because of an insurance/computer snag that took 3 people to solve. I won’t excuse the sloth like actions of the pharmacist preparing the vaccines and getting ready to give them. She also didn’t draw up all the vaccines needed and disappeared for 10minutes to get the ones she missed. Then she couldn’t get her gloves on or open the alcohol swabs and bandaids without it being some sort of production. Not to mention that she told my kids how she hated needles and couldn’t watch her own kids get their vaccines. That does not make a patient feel safe. Don’t provide this service if you are uncomfortable doing it.

Not sure what’s going on at this Walgreens now, but it seems like they got rid of the beautiful nice people that worked there and traded them for those that hit the pipe. The cashiers need to check their attitude before it get checked next time because if you hate your job that much maybe you shouldn’t work there!

They will lie to you about whatever suits them. They will gaslight you by trying to make you believe they have spoken with you already and when you call them out on it, they just say “We’re doing the best we can.” The best you can is to just be honest! I’m done with Walgreens.

Worst ever store I have ever been to. Hire normal staff or just close this place down. All I wanted to do is print a business card. How hard can it be?!!!

This location is horrible. Go to CVS or another location down the street. The old manager is on a power trip. She doesn’t respect anyone. How are you in a high position but can’t provide basic customer service skills? They need to hire more staff and she needs to retire.

We were tied up with an insurance mess up and Julie in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help solve the problem and get our prescription filled. She did not have to do all that she did, but I really appreciate her help with my daughter!

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. They are all zombies in there. I don’t know if any of them speak. I think they all grunt. They are slow motion. They have bad attitudes.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Never texts you when prescriptions are ready (even though I ask them to every time and they say they will), have had multiple issues with them saying they don't have a prescription from the Dr. when the Dr. sent it over 5+ hrs ago, and impossible to get someone on the phone. Thought the additional open hours would be worth it but definitely not.
