The main problem with this branch is the lack of convenience in that the loss of drive-through banking services was not compensated for by placing additional atm machines in the other lanes, leading to heavy wait times for the single atm. Eben LGE added additional atm machines when they closed drive through.

I was having issues with a mobile wire and Santera took time off from her lunch to come help me. She was very knowledgeable and helped get the wire cleared with the fraud department in minutes. Great customer service!
