Please give a raise or promote her or do whatever is the best step for her in this bank. Absolutely outstanding customer service even unfortunately she wasn’t able to at the end help what I was looking for she was just above and beyond for everything. Phenomenal!!!

I was having issues with a mobile wire and Santera took time off from her lunch to come help me. She was very knowledgeable and helped get the wire cleared with the fraud department in minutes. Great customer service!
