This whole service department is horrible. I made an appointment for 1030am they had me down for 830am. They have had my car since last week, the customer service is horrible. I couldn't even get a call to say hey sorry we haven't got to your vehicle yet or nothing I had to call to get information. This dealership doesn't care cause they know they the only Hyundai dealership here so they expect you to just deal with it and I'm not. The service Manager is not welcoming at all he acts like he hates his job and don't really want to help anyone. Do not come here if you expect stellar service cause they have the attitude u need them. I am taking my car to another city and dealership to get the work done and will never ever comeback here for nothing. My wife was talking to a sales person about buying a new sonata that will not be happening we are going to Jenkins Hyundai in Jacksonville.

This dealership was super professional and friendly. My sales person Kiersten and the sales manager Steve talked professional business with me and ensured I got the best deal possible on my new 2025 Hyundai Elanta Hybrid. This was one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had.

The provided a great car buying experience. Everything was done online. I was in and out within 25 minutes when I picked my vehicle up. The finance officer Darnell was very professional and explained all terms. Additionally, all the sales people I encountered were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely by from them again

The worst service experience. My advisor Kayla acted so put out when I asked for information on my vehicle, like printing my multipoint was asking too much. I was told my vehicle needed an alignment every 12k miles per hyundai- that's a lie - there is no official service interval from hyundai on alignments, I know because i was a master level hyundai service advisor until Sept of this year. I was also told I needed new air filters but I had just changed them myself 2 days prior - so they didn't actually inspect my vehicle. Once my advisor was finally convinced to print my inspection I was told the quoted amounts were not accurate and I'd have to wait for a quote- on an alignment and air filters? Those should be prices you have memorized - and likely do, but again my advisor was very put out about having to do anything. Once I get my vehicle back? Every single setting is messed with: my lights, my wipers and most frustrating? They reset my maintenance interval to 5k miles from the factory recommended 8k. Very very very disappointing

My 1st time having bought a vehicle other than a GMC or Chevy. I decided to a Hyuandai. The vehicle is so far so good, but the very 1st time going to Hyuandai Service department after making an appointment over the phone for a particular time only to get there to be be told that my time was a for a much earlier time that i know I didnt schedule for becausei know how i had planned out my day. So they reschedule me. I get there and Kayla goes through all of these things recommended for the mileage that I had. I specifically say to her "Give me a printout of those things for later, I'm only prepared for an oil change today." When they are done and I'm back to the counter, she gives me the total and it is for 2 other services that I am not even sure if they actually did or not. I told her, so you just went ahead and did those things. I told you I ess only prepared for an oil change. She says, "Oh I must've forgot." Then offers me some type of plan for them draft payments monthly out of my bank account. I said no I don't need that. I went ahead and paid, but decided to do this complaint on case someone else is not to spend $200 right before Christmas that they could have spent on their children or grandchildren. That was not right and yall should not take advantage for your own pockets and lie and say someone requested those other services, when they actually did not!!!

Ever since I became a first-time Hyundai owner a little over a year ago, Five Stay Hyundai of Albany has been my regular stop for routine maintenance needs. Each time, I am greeted with the most pleasurable experience thanks to Chris of the service department. His patience, willingness to accommodate, and warm personality is admiring! Thanks to Chris and all of the staff at Hyundai who contribute to a great experience each time.

Ryan was prompt courteous not overbearing or pushy. He has outstanding communication skills and product knowledge. This was the most pleasant car buying experience in my 50+ years of car buying. From the young lady greeting us at the front desk to the sales and service staff to the finance officer it was truly a complete "5 star experience". Thank you so much!!

Took over 3 hours for an oil change and the whole time the employees were complaining about a new computer program they had to learn. I have always had a great experience when visiting the service department, but this time was not one of them!

Huge shout out to Ryan Anderson and the entire Five Star Hyundai team. Ryan really rolled out the red carpet for my wife and I, from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we we're looking at and I felt I really could trust him. He made the buying experience wonderful. Finance this 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL PLUS in August with 38,956 miles and this what happened to it. I am dealing with Consumers Affairs since 7/09/2024 with rental cars. I was told that I can either do a buy back or trade in. I went to dealership in Albany don’t you know that they are asking me for a down payment and run my credit again I financed it threw Chrysler Capital, never missed a payment why would I have to threw financing again when this is a manufactured issue. First they wanted to rebuild the gas tank and give it back to me and my family Which they can’t figure out why and what cause this problem. My family may not be so lucky the next time. While pleasant, the salesperson had to keep googling to answer questions about car during test drive and while showing car.
When business mgr sent paperwork for financing options...
He left out banking information/contract for review and when I texted salesperson they didn't return the text....
After a week, had to contact General Mgr to finally get contract information....
Then they sent a driver that didn't know anything about car either ( suggested I read the manual).
Again the Salesperson was hard to reach at this point.
Also the delivery driver was sent with a key (the 2nd set) that was for another car..... Had to wait for a FedEx for correct key AND the correct owners manual.
What a Deal, maybe not.....

Stopped in five stare Hyundai months ago talked with sales representative Joseph Marshall on buying new vehicle bought a Hyundai Tucson in march two months later went back to five star Hyundai ask for Joseph and bought Santa Cruz. My experience with Joseph on buying the Tucson and Santa Cruz was a great experience no hassle no pressure Joseph and five stare management team gave me the best deal on Tucson & Santa Cruz yes I would recommend five stare to any one.thank you Joseph Marshall and five stare Hyundai.
