I have been using the Russell Verizon cellular services for many years. They have always greeted with me with kindness and the willingness to help. They are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I just traded my iPhone with the promotion Going on,Dustin and Candy were the most helpful people that I’ve ever come across they value the customers and they go above and beyond what is Required of them I recommend them to all of my friends and family. I will never go back to the Verizon main store in Albany. They are so rude and unhelpful.

Tell you one thing then when you try to confirm it the information is not correct. Some woman told me I could get a WiFi box for 2$ 😂 yes 2$ so I called back to confirm it. She lied!! 😂😂 Jason was great thou. Even informative

So the thing is I worked for Verizon less than a month ago before resigning I say that to say, I was lied to. Verizon business account I went in to add a line after I already priced my new monthly payment & todays payment through my business Verizon app. I have a good standing account for over a year now. The lady came out with a device that was already open told me I would have to pay sales tax and automatic set up and go fee that it was not an option not to. I know how to set up my own device I worked for the cellular company 1 & 2 don’t bring an device out that’s already open and say I HAVE to pay set up and go fee bec NO I DONT! I felt like she said anything to me bec I know for sure I didn’t have a balance to pay i actually left and proceeded with my order at the corporate location in the area. Felt as if I was discriminated against I could be wrong but either way she tried to play me
