My packages are always texted as delivered and that is almost never the case. There have been instances where I have watched the driver deliver my packages to my neighbors house and they will tell me that my package will be on another truck. When my neighbor has handed me my package the driver just shrugged and drove off.

There is never anyone up front to assist customers. There's also no way to call for assistance. No local phone number, no bell, NOTHING. You just have to wait and see if someone says "oh let me go see if someone is up front". Then when someone does come up front, they have an attitude like we weren't waiting on them.

I walked in & no one was present. I waited. I thought about looking the phone number up to call someone on the phone so someone would come up front to assist me. Then finally someone came up front.
