“The time to go is at 8:00 am when they first open. There was absolutely no wait whatsoever. The woman working the counter was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. So less crowded than The UPS Store up near the mall.”

“We love Estes. As rare as it is, it is inevitable that sometimes we have had issues with pick-ups / deliveries. Each time, our account rep has responded as soon as he is notified and has done all that he could to resolve the issues. Don is great and never fails to provide us with the best service possible. Beyond that, the website is easy to navigate and provides accurate information.”

“It is so convenient to have the drop off for FedEx and for UPS and one easy location right around from the post office. And the fact that they have later pick up. In fact UPS does not even pick up until 5:45 p.m.”
