If there were a 0 star, I would leave it. This driver left all of our packages, including perishable items, at our neighbor's house with this message on the box. Just because he didn't want to drive down the dirt road to our house. Horrible. Fortunately we do know our neighbors and they brought us our packages.
Albany, do better!!
P.S. the message on the package barely makes sense. Do you all not require a GED for your employees?

Fedex has become more unreliable than usps and customer service is a joke at best. Will not let you speak with a customer service rep and my package has been in anderson sc for almost 3 weeks now and hasnt moved and i cant get any info other than what tracking shows online and i want an explanation why my package has been sitting almost 3 weeks. 1 star is to high of a rating for them. Use ups people atleast they deliver atleast they have so far.

Living out in the county they come flying up our driveway like it’s a race and the last two times they have come they have been blaring very inappropriate music and they are very very rude. Also they always lack looking and acting professional. UPS hands down does so much better

Doesn't matter what I put for delivery directions, they never deliver to my address (instead giving to who knows who) and it's only by the goodwill of my community that my packages return to me - including private medical equipment.

Went to pick up a package that I set up to be held at this location. Person working said it wasn't there even though I told him it was and wouldn't even check. Then sent me to another location they also didn't have it and told me it was at the original location. Came back next day same person working tried to tell me the same thing made them look and lo and behold it was there.

FedEx is the worst 🤣 they literally have thrown my packages in the ditch by my house now today they just threw them in my yard but on the bright side it was in my yard , luckily I was home and saw before the neighbors dogs got them . Do better FedEx.

My Nike shoe boxes and outside boxes covered with some kind of gooey sauce. Box had been opened as there was sauce on the inside of the outer box. I am very disturbed about this delivery👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I just ordered a deep freezer and literally they claim that it was delivered I have numbers that is big as day on my house and they still delivered it to the wrong house and sent a picture of the wrong house as well. This FedEx has taught me that I should never buy anything else online this is ridiculous.
