“I am writing to express my disappointment with the T-Mobile store on Dawson Rd, hoping that my experience will serve as an opportunity for growth and improvement. Unfortunately, my interactions with the customer service team have fallen short of my expectations due to unprofessional conduct. My daughter's Razor flip phone has been experiencing a hinge issue, resulting in a line on the screen and glitches, and this is the fourth time it has required repair. Despite this, the store has informed me that a replacement or upgrade would only be possible after settling the outstanding balance. The supervisor, Chris, and Henry have been inflexible in their approach, limiting the options to only to repair. Henry declined to process the repair order, suggesting I follow up with Chris later, which left me frustrated. Over four visits, I have encountered staff members who seemed incompetent, including Maghoney, Chris, Henry, and another representative who appeared disinterested standing their with her arm cross. T-Mobile I suggest you strike a balance between revenue and customer satisfaction, especially given the phone's recurring issues and contractual obligations. I would suggest you fire your staff at the Dawson Rd store and have the East Albany store train your new employees and let Kevyn supervise them. Kevyn delivered outstanding service with professionalism and courtesy. Kevyn's approach was refreshing, and I believe that adopting a similar customer-centric approach could elevate the entire team. Having the East Albany store provide guidance would be beneficial in fostering a more positive and solution-oriented environment at the Dawson Rd store and elevate sales and customer satisfaction and Lexi is a must keep also she has a store running in East Albany beautifully. T- Mobile you must remember it's your customers that really signs your paycheck and your Dawson Store just piss this customer off because this customer does social media marketing. I suggest you quit selling a defective phone, asap. The right thing to do is to replace my daughter phone with another phone and let me continue paying the same thing that Im paying now. East Albany store gets 10 stars. Dawson Rd store gets zero stars.”

“Switched from Metro because my data speeds were just too slow, and I am so glad I did! I visited this location on July 17 2026, looking for top-tier performance and fast network speeds. Right as I walked in, an employee greeted me and gave me excellent service. He was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions perfectly. He hooked me up with the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra on the $90 premium plan. Even though it has only been a day, the experience and network speeds have been absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this store. Also, i didn't expect to get any phone but I was surprised when I got the phone but i was able to because of a discount on that phone so now I just simply pay 5$ dollars a month for it. I wish I asked for the employee name so I could mention him here ? . I went back to the Verizon gotten a case and a screen protector. I also was able to get the employee name he is Johnathan, thanks.”
