My experience with has been good. I was considering moving to T- Mobile. That is until I walked your store in albany ga. Although there was a long line Mrs. Williams, Brittany treated every customer like a person and not a number. She ensured that she had an overall understanding of each person's visit and made recommendations on how to each person's needs before meeting a team member. Some customers came in with less than great attitudes. However, her leadership and professionalism help to brighten the customers day. I had pleasure of meeting with Mr. Thalia Hudson, his knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology put him in positions to help more than few customers at the same time, meanwhile still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I am an IT graduate, I was amazed at the knowledge he possessed both on Verizon products and helping fellow employees better understand how IT products work outside the store. Customer service and the service period Top tier. My wife’s phone screen was replaced by a different place and they messed up her phone BAD (had brackets missing,didn’t take the plastic off the new screen ,had screws missing ??♀️) and her screen stopped working completely.After much research I found DAVPro Wireless from the great reviews they received and the reviews didn’t let me down at all. From the time we got there until the time we left we felt welcomed and informed.He let us know why the phone wasn’t working as he was repairing it and everything.He will definitely be the ONLY company in Albany to touch our phones.”
