“I lost my android phone ? and visited the store. I purchased a new phone with Fingerhut but no SIM card ? was included. I was able to add my Wi-Fi password and credentials, thus ; resulting in me having access to the Internet. But I don't have a dial tone. That's why I visited the AT and T store in person. They installed a new SIM card free of charge and activate the phone ? with the same phone number. I inquired about the new IPHONE 16 Max Pro and got approved for financing after they did a credit check. I just had to pay for the sales tax which cannot be financed. I don't remember the exact cost of the IPHONE 16 Max Pro because of it being financed, sorry ?. But I'm going to give this a 4 Star because I can't access my iCloud account and I have to go back to the store ? for that. I know that I'm using the correct password ? because I have it written down. But I can't access iCloud on my computer ?️ either. Don't know what the problem is with iCloud so I have to use my Android phone to listen to music ? and have a music playlist. Basically, I would recommend iPhone 16 Max Pro as a hobby and not mandatory. I have a camcorder for ?️ ? but a cellphone ? is good for last minute video ?. Hopefully this helps ?.”

They are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I just traded my iPhone with the promotion Going on,Dustin and Candy were the most helpful people that I’ve ever come across they value the customers and they go above and beyond what is Required of them I recommend them to all of my friends and family. I will never go back to the Verizon main store in Albany. They are so rude and unhelpful.”
