“These gentlemen are the real deal. I took 3 pairs of shoes to them because I was headed to a wedding weekend and wanted to look as sharp as possible. One pair definitely needed attention, so it was easy for me to hand those over. But I hesitated a little bit with the other 2 pairs because they weren't really all that badly scuffed. They said they could make them look even better, so I handed them over as well. All three pair came back to me looking like I'd just taken them out of the box! They looked brand new!!! And they did it on a rush because I procrastinated. Rabbitman Footwear saved me!! Thank you very much, gentlemen! I'll be back the next time I am in Albany with shoes/boots that need some love. Oh...and I'm looking forward to your own line of men's luxury shoes that you have in the works. I'm sure they'll be fantastic!!”

“Nice Blazer sport coat choices with dress shirts to match your last minute shopping for casual events. Suites are taylored to fit (if neccesary). I had already ordered a 3-piece tie, handachiff, and cuff-link set. Perfect timing to go early or noon to settle the score on reasonable prices.”
“Visited with my wife. She loves this place. We had looked all over Albany for some shoes that had flat heels and were wide enough. This was the last one out of four other stores we visited. She found what she wanted and the salesperson was very nice ?.”
“I have been in and out of this store many many times when my son played football and baseball. It seemed the store was more organized then and although the prices are always high in specialty stores, I can't see sale prices being regular prices elsewhere.”

“Wonderful store wonderful service! I'm giving four stars, otherwise would be five, but, I was really trying to purchase two pairs of shoes. I love the selection here . The sign on the door and online said that the store closes at 5:00 p.m. I got there a little bit late, but I did rushed across town to get there as quick as I could. I arrive at the store 15 minutes till and no one was even there. So I called the number on the door. I was notified that they closed at 3:30. No hard feelings, I still love this store, although I ended up instead, getting three pairs of shoes at a different store. “Have no idea what this place was like before but the ladies that work here are super nice. I came here to buy two of my daughters' shoes while they were at school. I told one of the associates at the cash register "I hope these fit." In response, she told me that I could come back in for an exchange and swap out the pairs for a different size if I needed to. Later in the evening, I came back to exchange the shoes for a bigger size and there were no issues. I was able to exchange like I was told previously and the lady even remembered me which was also nice. There were other associates nearby as well and they were super sweet. One of them even gave my child a gift because they found out in passing that it was their birthday the day before. I had a really good experience here and would come back again.”
“The customer service at the Jacksonville Florida location was great! The ladies had this teamwork & we love our customers vibe! Very customer oriented, assisted me & the other ladies with me without hesitation & without any negativity at all. This was my first visit with the Rainbow chain & they made me want to definitely come back (although I live 2hrs away). I plan to visit a Georgia location soon. I would recommend this store if you like urban wear, cute shoes, want to get feedback on coordinating some items. Oh, surprisingly the eyeshadow I bought is actually high quality!
