Horrible customer service. I needed a car key copied for a 30 year old car. I brought my car key and the blank which I ordered from Japan and cost me $25 . The guy said they can definitely copy it. He put it in the machine and immediately messed it up to the point where the owner of the store could not fix it. The owners response "It's not our problem". If that's the type of service you want then come here. I'd recommend spending 3 minutes and driving to Home Depot down the street.

Normally I love a good Ace Hardware but this one was a HUGE miss! The staff wasn’t helpful and seemed very bothered. Don’t waste your time just go to Home Depot.

Great establishment to have. Friendly and helpful staff. I needed to get copy of couple keys. They made them very quick. Before here , I got 2 copy of keys at Kroger key machine. But they did not work. I got my refund back. It is good to have Ace hardware to get it done things quicker and correctly. Thank you.

Really impressed with the staff at this location. I came in yesterday for a water supply line, and although they didn't have what I was looking for, it didn't take 2 seconds for them to come up with another solution using a different line and a coupler that were in stock. You don't get that kind of service (and knowledge) at the big box stores.

Jose is the best. I called in to figure when my grill ordered via Napoleon would be delivered. It would have been 3 weeks or more. Jose cancelled the order and had one in stock that the Ace team assembled and delivered the same day, Father's Day at that! They even handled getting my refund processed through Napoleon.
Jose and the Ace team, you are amazing and thank you!

I have had great experiences with Ace Hardware stores across the country. They often cost more than big box home improvement stores, but for me, that is offset by the availability of great service. For example, someone always greets me and asks what they can help me find. When I tell them, they walk me to the appropriate section and help me to select a product that meets my needs. In three visits to the Johns Creek Ace Hardware, that has never happened, despite more than adequate staffing. To be clear, the staff is friendly. They just aren't helpful. When I ask for something, they will point me to the section in which I can find it, but I have never had anyone help me to find merchandise. This seems like a small thing, but service is the only thing that makes it worthwhile to spend more on their products than at other home improvement stores that cost less and offer virtually no service. I hope this is an anomaly, but it has happened to me three times so far.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! I went in with a damaged electrical tool that was locked up with a sheared off screw i couldn't remove. I had exhausted all my options and Ryan went above & beyond to remove the screw find the parts and help me. All that for a mealy 50 cents..I can't reconnect them enough
