They need to train their tech people as they provided wrong answers for how to manage the media within whatsup not to be stored locally on the phone. This is a very simple setup fix.

After 8 years, they went from 3 stars, to 5 stars. Why? In the last 4 years, they have been really good.
I will personally call out 'Robin' in the tech / Genius Bar, as being very helpful, and going over the regular business.
