“Despite a protective phone case and screen cover, my one year old Samsung S23 was dropped and had an unlucky landing on a metal object. The screen broke. I called Cellairis on Windward Pkwy and Atif said he could make the repair in about 24 hours. I checked out a few dozen of their actual Google reviews and decided to take the phone there for repair. Result - The phone was fixed today when promised, at the price quoted, with OEM Samsung parts, and is working well at this writing.The cost of the repair was $250.00 + tax out the door (41% of the cost I paid for the phone new) which was more than I expected. Importantly I was up and running again in 24 hours and Cellairis delivered on all expectations. For these reasons, I recomend them and will call Mark and Atif if I need any repairs in the future.”

He also made sure I had all the accessories I needed for apple carplay, additional phone chargers, screen protectors, and many cases to choose from. “I just got a new phone. I came to the Crabapple store, and somehow, I couldn't get into my phone ( I was messing around with my settings) ? of course, I was freaking out! The store was open, but the door was locked, Nick was having his break, was in his car, and saw me. Came up to me, ON HIS OWN TIME, and fixed my phone so I could get in and use it.Outstanding service and a very kind, respectful young man! “I had a flat tire on my way home from work and after being turned away from a collision center, I wasn't too optimistic about getting help here. I arrived just before closing time and could sense that they weren't thrilled about another service request.After explaining my situation, they inspected my tire and even joked about not noticing it at first, which lightened the mood. Although they tried to sell me a new tire, I declined, but they still put on my spare tire and even offered to add air to my other tires with a smile. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and positive attitudes, especially considering it was closing time.”

“This is just a review for the wonderful staff in the electronics/media section.I had a terrible experience at another Target when the website said there was plenty of stock of a CD but the staff refused to check in the back for me because they keep everything in the back and not on the shelves. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD.I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.”

And then we came to this Best Buy and we met an employee-Aley-and he treated us way nicer. The difference between this best buy and that one is so much more nicer.If Aley sees this, thank you.”

“We went in with an appointment for my daughters AirPods that were not working. When we first walked in it was really busy. It was a Tuesday at 6pm. There were many Apple employees but no one greeted us or directed us on where to sign or get help. I saw an Apple guy standing at the back of the store at a small stand so I walked up to him and asked where do we sign in. He was not very pleasant but got us signed it. We did not have to wait long before another Apple rep called our name. I wish I got her name, she was very pleasant and very informative about what she was going to do for us in testing the Air Pods to see what the problem is. After she took them in the back and tested them, she came out with 2 brand new buds as my daughters buds failed the test and they are still under warranty, only 5mos old. She set us up for the new Air buds and instructed what we needed to do and we were done. I think we spend 30mins there. Not bad! To find out if your AirPods are still under warrant, Go to the setting on your device, then click on Bluetooth, select the AirPods listed as connected to your device, scroll to the bottom and click on Limited Warranty. Here you will see the expiration date and you can chat with an Apple rep or bot from your phone. My daughter is 14 and she did the chat herself and schedule the appointment for us straight from the Chat.I gave 4 Stars due to no direction when you first walk into the store and the unpleasantness of the guy we signed in with.”
