Very nice customer service. Also the Chrysler minivan was exceptional! Our entire family had access to climate control, which made our trip to Hilton Head so comfortable. The car was immaculately clean. I highly recommend this Avis rental facility.

Despite having a reservation, there were no cars available in the level I needed. What is the point of a reservation? At least she was polite.
