“I’ve been to this branch twice for an appointment with sweet and extremely competent Yim. She was on time for my appointment (not that I’d mind if it ran a little late, but it didn’t). She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was handled professionally and I was in/out in about 35 minutes both times.
I absolutely love this branch! Every time I come in to make a deposit, or anything, I actually feel like I’m appreciated as a customer! All of the employees here are so nice!
I’ve been with Wells Fargo for quite a long time now and always recommend them to people. I have managed my father’s account, the account through the company I used to work for, mine (obviously), and now my mom’s through WF. So I’ve run across a lot of different types of things happening, like credit card fraud or someone trying to get into an account and WF is seriously THE BEST bank to deal with. Though that’s not why I came this time, I’m just getting off subject.

“I bank with three different banks. I hardly go into branches anymore. I recently had to visit this branch to get a new debit card and then a second time to open an account with my daughter. The employees are SO WONDERFUL that I now try to make it a point to go into the branch. I forgot how awesome it is to have a personal relationship with folks at the bank and I do enjoy seeing them. They are always super helpful and the bank is clean.”

“Had an issue that occurred on my wells fargo app the other day, really stressed out and worried, stated that my account been "restricted". Try calling the number provided and waited more then 30 mins for someone to pick up but no response. So decided to go to this branch to see what's up. After some time of info and waiting, the Banker Sarah was excellent when providing the help. Paid attention to the issue, make sure I understood everything and pretty much outgoing. Couldn't be more relieved and glad for the service.”

My apartment complex just signed on with this company - also knows as Prisma Prop Tech - and it's been a complete irritation since day one. My bank flagged their payment processor as potential fraud, meaning my card was blocked and I need to call every time I want to pay my rent. Additionally, their version of Plaid doesn't allow me to connect to my bank account. This means I have no real option for convenient payment and I did not choose to sign up for this. Honestly, between the amatuerish UX and sketchy payment process, I'm really concerned.”

But, one of the officers Ms Trusha Parikh went out of her way to help us with things we didn’t think-of. She offered solving problems we didn’t know that we had with our account.
