I’ve been with Wells Fargo for quite a long time now and always recommend them to people. I have managed my father’s account, the account through the company I used to work for, mine (obviously), and now my mom’s through WF. So I’ve run across a lot of different types of things happening, like credit card fraud or someone trying to get into an account and WF is seriously THE BEST bank to deal with. Though that’s not why I came this time, I’m just getting off subject.

The employees are SO WONDERFUL that I now try to make it a point to go into the branch. I forgot how awesome it is to have a personal relationship with folks at the bank and I do enjoy seeing them. My apartment complex just signed on with this company - also knows as Prisma Prop Tech - and it's been a complete irritation since day one. My bank flagged their payment processor as potential fraud, meaning my card was blocked and I need to call every time I want to pay my rent. Additionally, their version of Plaid doesn't allow me to connect to my bank account. This means I have no real option for convenient payment and I did not choose to sign up for this. Honestly, between the amatuerish UX and sketchy payment process, I'm really concerned.”
“I & my wife came for a specific in-person new transaction. They could not help with it for valid reasons. But, one of the officers Ms Trusha Parikh went out of her way to help us with things we didn’t think-of. She offered solving problems we didn’t know that we had with our account. “A big shout-out to branch manager Olivier and the team at PNC! I recently visited the branch to purchase some foreign currency. Because of a technical issue at first, followed by my own misunderstanding of the process, my order ended up being placed when I actually needed to cancel it. I thought I'd have to drive an hour back to the branch just to take care of it. After I spoke with Olivier, he was incredibly patient, understanding, and willing to help. He went the extra mile to resolve the issue for me and saved me a long round trip to cancel the purchase in person. I know it must took extra time and effort on his part, and I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Many thanks to Olivier and the wonderful staff at PNC for making a stressful situation so much easier. Great customer service like this really stands out!”
