“I’ve been to this branch twice for an appointment with sweet and extremely competent Yim. She was on time for my appointment (not that I’d mind if it ran a little late, but it didn’t). She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was handled professionally and I was in/out in about 35 minutes both times. I absolutely love this branch! Every time I come in to make a deposit, or anything, I actually feel like I’m appreciated as a customer! All of the employees here are so nice! I’ve been with Wells Fargo for quite a long time now and always recommend them to people. I have managed my father’s account, the account through the company I used to work for, mine (obviously), and now my mom’s through WF. So I’ve run across a lot of different types of things happening, like credit card fraud or someone trying to get into an account and WF is seriously THE BEST bank to deal with. Though that’s not why I came this time, I’m just getting off subject. Keep up the great work! Y’all are amazing!”

They were very welcoming when I came into the building and as I waited for my appointment, multiple employees greeted me. The biggest standout factor for me was meeting Dylan Kepes. Of course in his position, you already expect him to have the knowledge to do his job, but where I was impressed, was from his level of empathy and how he connected with us. He truly listened to our concerns and wanted to give us as much information to make the best decision with our financial planning. It is rare to find individuals like him esp. within large corporate banks. Fantastic experience and will be recommending him to others.”

Because of a technical issue at first, followed by my own misunderstanding of the process, my order ended up being placed when I actually needed to cancel it. I thought I'd have to drive an hour back to the branch just to take care of it. After I spoke with Olivier, he was incredibly patient, understanding, and willing to help. He went the extra mile to resolve the issue for me and saved me a long round trip to cancel the purchase in person. I know it must took extra time and effort on his part, and I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. They were quick to assist with multiple things I needed, and they were quick with the other guests as well; a 5-person line was in and out within 10 minutes. The bankers (at the desk?) were very polite and explained everything to me. One of the bankers (in a private office?) came out to check on me when I was sitting for a while waiting for a call, and she was very nice. The guests while I was there were all very happy, and they had good rapport with the staff; the staff seemed to make an effort to remember guests and make them feel very welcome.
