“My daughter and I opened her account at this branch with Zach last year. My daughter was going to be leaving to teach school in Uganda and he was so helpful in making sure she knew the most economical way to use her debit and credit card while there. Then 2 days ago she found out that money had been withdrawn from her account illegally. I called Zach and was happy that he remembered us, I mean he helps lots of people everyday, I was impressed! He steered us in the right direction and the issue was quickly resolved. We used to bank at another bank where there was a high turn over in employees so I really appreciate that Zach was still there when we needed him. I would highly recommend this branch of Chase Bank!”

I was greeted by a very nice banker (Ishrat Malik), she was very friendly and attentive to all my questions and helped me solve all of my banking needs. Ms. Malik spent almost 2 hours with me and was on the phone almost the entire time to help me figure out what I needed to do to get some documents in order. Not only did she completely take care of my banking needs but she even went as far as staying a little bit late to make sure that I submitted one final document towards the end of the day.
