They provided good documentation, AND when I asked about a branded coffee mug, they made us a whole gift bag with two different mugs, a fan, pens, some candy, and these adhesive wallet things. “I worked with Erica Lang and she was professional, kind, and patient for both of my visits. She kept me informed every step of the way about when documents and applications were being processed. She worked with me and my husband patiently when we had to send over copies of pay stubs and insurance proof because we didn’t have hard copies on hand - she was simply the most patient person I could have hoped to work with. She celebrated with me and my six year old when everything was approved and made my daughter feel seen and part of the process. “I haven’t been in this branch in a while, and banks these days usually have very limited staff compared to the past. I hadn’t waited long, when I saw Kevin Cogdell in lobby. I asked if Yolanda the manager was in and he said not this week, but let me see if I can help you. He called me in his office in 2 minutes and began working immediately to help me with my situation. It was regarding a closed safety deposit box and a now closed location and he went to work on phone getting assistance to help me get contents back. Very impressed, as customer service is not common at this level anymore.”
