“My favorite banking branch EVER! I have been banking here for over 4 years and the love that is shown to customers by the employees here is second to none! Everyone is greeted with a smile and professionalism when they walk in, everyone is shown patience and given the amount of time they need for whatever matter they are there to take care of, and regular customers are greeted by name and asked how they have been! I recently had to contact the branch MINUTES before they closed on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend. I left an urgent message for Dede, the Asst Branch Mgr to call me back. She called me back at 4:57 and I explained to her my emergency with my accounts. She put in a case to have my very serious issue resolved and the next day when that department opened it was taken care of. As a result, I didn't have to wait until the Tuesday after the holiday to have access to my accounts again. When I contacted Aziz (one of the bankers at this location) on Tuesday to have him open a case to get my online banking and debit card reinstated, he immediately jumped on it and in less than an hour both were taken care of! The professionalism and urgency shown to customers at this branch are a direct result of the way Michele, the Branch Mgr runs this location! She has an open-door policy in her office. She's never too busy to find time to speak with a customer, replies to any email I sent her regarding my accounts, HELOC, or investments, gets to know us on a personal level, and always has a smile on her face! There is no other place I'd trust with my banking relationship than this location and this staff right here!!”

“This place is awesome. My mom blew a tire outside of this location a couple days ago, and Justin Jefferson came out to help us. He gave my mom a place to wait inside, provided cups of water as we changed the tire, and even provided a wrench we needed! Super nice guy and incredibly helpful, it’s also good to know we have some fellow Vikings in the area.”
“I've been a customer with BOA for over 20 years. If I need any customer service I make sure to go to this branch (700 W Crossville). The manager, Susan goes out of her way to answer all of my questions and offers many helpful suggestions. Even when they are busy, she's great at multitasking. She goes out of her way to accommodate all of the customers' needs and concerns. Honestly, it's not very easy to find good customer service these days but Susan does her job with a smile and she's very knowledgable.”
“I stopped by this Chase branch recently and was really impressed. While I was being helped, I noticed an elderly woman at the next window who was having a hard time understanding her finances. The teller working with her showed incredible patience, care, and kindness—walking her through everything slowly and making sure she felt comfortable. It honestly felt more like a small-town community bank where everyone knows each other, not a Chase branch in Atlanta. You can tell the staff here truly care about their customers. A rare and refreshing experience these days.”

“May not be perfect but highly recommend over the one on Woodstock Rd. They always can accomodate my comapnies cash order unlike the one on Woodstock rd. They know my staff and me by first name when we walk in and are always very friendly. I have never had to wait long periods here to make a simple cash order for business.”

“I went into this branch today to take care of an issue with my personal checking account. I was greeted with smiles and "good morning" by everyone I saw. I was directed to wait in the lobby for the next available representative. A few moments later Ms. Kathrine Pike came to get me. Ms. Pike was so friendly and beyond helpful!! She listened to my situation and helped me take care of all of the issues I was having. I genuinely felt that Ms. Pike cared about me and my situation.
