“I recently had an issue where there were 8 fees of $29 that hit my account due to a hold of $100 from a gas station, never happened before but the manager deleted the cjarges needless to say i was very grateful. I hadnt recived any notifications while any of this was taking place which was unusual. They recently updated theyre system and i think that played a part too. Anyway they resolved the issue. I think i will remain a customer.”

“Rose and the rest of the team at the Mansell Road LGE branch are outstanding, very professional and so friendly. They take care of us every time me or my wife go there. We are incredibly happy to bank with LGE and I always appreciate the fact that Rose knows me by name and asks about my family, as she remembers them too.I did read the review about the toxic work environment created by the management at this particular LGE branch. One time I witnessed an older female manager be very condescending to a hard-working LGE employee and that surprised me. So there may be some truth in the claim that at least some managers at this LGE branch might like to improve their emotional intelligence in order to become better leaders.”

“Upon entering the bank, I observed a short line with only two customers ahead of me. However, I noticed that only one out of the two tellers was occupied (Anita). After waiting for a few minutes, Mac (Branch Manager, I believe) informed us that the second teller, Yonka, was logging in and would assist us shortly. He apologized for the wait, and I expressed gratitude for the communication, highlighting the importance of not being ignored in such situations.Once Yonka logged in, I was assisted by Anita. However, two significant issues arose during the transaction. Firstly, despite initially planning to perform a mobile deposit, I decided to cash the check in person. I inquired with Anita if non-account holders could cash checks, and she affirmed, stating that I needed to provide two forms of ID. Unfortunately, she failed to mention a $7.50 charge for cashing the check, which I discovered only after receiving my funds. While this fee may not be financially burdensome, it raised concerns about the potential impact on someone needing every dollar of their check.Upon questioning Anita about the omission, she acknowledged not informing me initially and apologized for the oversight. The second issue arose when Anita asked about the reason for the check amount (Did you sell a car?), presumably due to it being a business account transaction. I chose not to disclose the details, considering it a personal matter outside the scope of this banking transaction. I found such inquiries inappropriate, especially as I am not a frequent customer/account holder.Despite these concerns, the transaction took 10-15 minutes due to established policies, which I understood and accepted. Mac intervened on two occasions to approve the transaction, expressing gratitude for my service as he observed my retired army veteran hat. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the experience was pleasant.”

“Carlos is outstanding addition to this branch. He truly went above and beyond for me. I know this transition from Suntrust to Truist has been very difficult on everyone including their employees. He helped the process of this transition go much smoother. He was attentive with all of my needs and made sure to accommodate all of my requests, as best as possible! “5 starts for PNC bank in general - but please please please install an awning over the drive up ATM at the Holcomb bridge road location in Roswell. I can't tell you how many times I've stopped and gotten totally drenched by the pouring rain (today, for example, thanks to Hurricane sally!). That would be a great addition and I'm surprised it's been without an awning for as long as it had been. Thank you!”

“This is the branch where my daughters first started banking. They offer great free accounts for students. Both of my daughters started with savings accounts as elementary students, and they now have checking accounts with Chase as young adults. I would highly recommend that you visit your local Chase branch with your children to start them with a free account and help them learn how to manage their money.”

“I went into this branch today to take care of an issue with my personal checking account. I was greeted with smiles and "good morning" by everyone I saw. I was directed to wait in the lobby for the next available representative. A few moments later Ms. Kathrine Pike came to get me. Ms. Pike was so friendly and beyond helpful!! She listened to my situation and helped me take care of all of the issues I was having. I genuinely felt that Ms. Pike cared about me and my situation. “I moved all my accounts here after Bank of America upgraded my account three times without my approval (where's THAT investigation?) many years ago. Despite all their own corporate issues, this branch has served me well. At this particular location, I've used their financial planning services a good bit, while assisting me with some Estate matters involving Estate accounts and trust funds. They have been helpful, providing legal advice as needed involving what I needed to have done in order to open/close accounts, etc., without being too pushy about investing Trust money into their own products. Would recommend.”
