I have been having a business account at this location since 2020.The service here has been pathetic since a last few times.This time i was trying to urgently fix something on business account to send ACH transfer to my vendors.I called 1800 number who directed me to work with the local branch.I called this branch 5 times in last two days. One time someone picked and promised to call back, which did not happen for 24 hrs.Today i called them 3 times, two times the call was hung up without saying a hello. Third time took me to vm. I drove to the branch i was told they are busy and wanted to go to next location without evening asking what my issue is.I was upset totallly and insisted that they must fix the issue today so that i can pay my vendors who have been waiting.Finally it was a matter of less than aminute that took an officer to fix it.Very poor customer service and empathy.

Unpleasant banking experience evey time! Teller is terrible at handling customers. Unfriendly. Tellers laugh each other while looking at the customer. I don’t understand how this is customer service. I will not visit this branch again. Now I know why thr reviews were poor for this branch.

Awful service. I spend more than 7 hours to reach security department (for my credit card approval), and I failed, nobody takes a phone. I try to withit chase office personally, but they failed to help, only phone calls. I not need your phones, use e-mail, it's 21 century!!!!!

The check cashing policy that was told to me was not the same as the information online. I feel as though I was discriminated against. The teller declined cashing my check without verification if the funds were available in the payees account and/or verifying my identity. I’m very disappointed with the service at this bank.

Easy ATM access and a semi secluded area make this a good location for the bank. It was after banking hours, so this was an ATM only run. No issues getting in or out.

Was told that “someone will be right with you” and waited for 15min. Branch seemed understaffed during luck hour. They only had 1 banker and 1 teller working during lunch hour. With 3 customers waiting for assistance. Sam’s saved the experience by providing quick and efficient assistance. She took care of everything I needed. Thank you.

Terrible branch!! Walked in today to open a business account. Although the place was well staffed, greeter looked confused and told me he could schedule something for tomorrow. I was not interested in coming back, as I needed an account opened today and it was only 3p. I went to another chase branch which took me right away. This branch is in a high profile location, yet delivers low quality service. Shame on them! No wonder their star rating is so low

Have not had any problems thus far. My banker, (forgive me for messing up her name), xxyma, was very informative and helpful in setting up my business account. When I had a question and called, whoever answer was very nice and pleasant.

Horrible customer service. No one in the bank and banker said they were too busy to help my daughter open a checking account. So sad. Loyal chase customers for over 15 years. Time to switch to our credit union.

Horrible. I literally parked my car, after pulling into the drive through, and walked around front because I thought they either had closed or left for lunch. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I was then informed I was #4 and suggested I go to another branch. The teller was argumentative, dismissive, and expressing his belief I was fortunate that he would process my transaction. I am performing a business transaction, and we're it not for my partners, I would NEVER use this company. Not only can I not recommend, I can in no uncertain terms condem the horrible customer intimidation, (cause it certainly wasn't service..).
