We went to this Chase branch to apply for a credit card, and some account changes today. We were helped by the private banker named Mark Arenzana. He was very knowledgeable and could complete all the items within few mins. It was a great experience. He was polite and answered all our questions.

I have gone to this branch twice: once to open a credit account, and also to care of a family financial matter. Both experiences were positive.
