“We love this store and visit often in every city we go. The folks in this store are especially accommodating. They have nice chairs to sit in while waiting for my husband in the dressing rooms. When they don't have his size on the floor, they always check the stock room and when they don't have it they always offer free delivery service.”

“Good customer service is really hard to come by these days, so when I encounter someone who is exceptionally well suited for the job, I like to ensure they get the recognition they deserve. I stopped in this particular Orvis location last week to look at some Barbour jackets and had the privilege of working with Wesley. He's was great ... approachable, knowledgeable and an awesome conversationalist. As I understand it, he typically works at the Buckhead location but was filling in at Avalon on that particular day. I'll gladly make the trip to Buckhead to work with him again.”

“My 2yo daughter got sick in the car on our way to see Santa at the Avalon today and I didn’t bring her a backup outfit. She was down to her coat & boots without anything underneath. We ran into the first store we saw and the lady working searched high and low in the back for her sizes. We settled on an oversized Christmas puppy tee and she recommended some more stores we could stop into for pants/leggings and socks. We were so grateful for the help without judgment. Thanks for saving the day! She adores her new shirt.”
“I used to frequent this adorable little boutique about 3 years ago. I’ll never forget it. I was browsing along Main Street and the pink banners caught my attention. The sweetest woman invited us inside to take a look around. As soon as I walked in the most beautiful iridescent rain jacket I had ever seen immediately caught my attention. It was a little pricey but what I can say is that it is one of a very few and I have never seen anyone else with it. They have so many choices from casual to a night on the town & even formal wear. The women who run this store always have a few styles to recommend trying and are super helpful. If you happen to be on Main Street be sure to check them out! “My first time visiting Nina and Leigh was for the Mother’s Day charm bar with mimosas. I had a great experience with the girls working the charm bar. Especially Jada who showed me all the charms and helped me design the cutest necklace. I also got my mom a Mother’s Day gift from the boutique! I’ll definitely be returning!!”

“I don’t usually enjoy going into stores these days, but our visit to Tillys was an exception. We came in to return a pair of jeans that didn’t fit, and Maddie, the store manager, made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She was not only helpful but also very personable, taking the time to figure out what style we were really looking for instead of just rushing us through.
The store itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, but Maddie truly made the difference. Great customer service is rare these days, and she reminded us how pleasant shopping in person can be. Tillys is lucky to have her on their team. I hope they know how valuable she is. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back.”

“This place was amazing. They had a ton of apparel here in regular womens size. Love the selection of clothing and handbags. I bought my fav brand bag which is steve madden. The customer service here is very nice. They try to get you in and out and was very helpful around the store. I love the affordable prices here for work clothes.”

“This was the urban outfitters in avalon in Alpharetta, ga. The place was very business.the location had a large selection of both clothing and various home goods.there was a large selection of 80s and 19990s band t-shirts and sweatshirts.the staff was very friendly and helpful.we left with a band sweatshirt a couple of clothing items my daughter picked out and a couple of scented candles for outdoors.there were quite a few people in there so we had to wait on a dressing room to try on the items, and the check out line was a bit long with just the two cashiers.but all in all not a bad shopping experience.parking lot was packed as were the parking deck. I would definitely come back but not on a holiday weekend.”
“Got recommended, to go here, it's very nice with soft decore, Carmen was very helpful, and catering. So many nice top selection, my take away is it caters to a more petit person the sizes only goes up to 32 but mostly carry up to a 28, the jeans that I tried where comfortable but I couldn't button them. They were a size 30. Overall nice place to go shopping with other shopping stores, nice place to just hang with friends, visit the Avalon in Alpharetta.”

It wasn’t on the floor, but Hazel gladly went to the back to look for it. She showed us the three shirts they had, then went back again to search for the sweatshirt. She found the last one in a small. Great service as always!”
