“Visited Personify in Duluth for the first time while my mom was in town, and... what a delight! Major Shop Around the Corner vibes, if you know what I mean. This charming little store is beautifully curated with whimsical home and personal items, charming children's wear, and an incredible selection of women's clothing and accessories! Almost immediately upon entry, mom and I were greeted by a cool and stylish lady, wearing brightly-colored jeans, funky glasses, and a Pink Floyd tee. We learned that she - Tammy - is the elder of this mom/daughter owned store. The staff was friendly and helpful to all their shoppers, I noticed, (not overbearing at all) while the store was pleasantly active on a Saturday afternoon. As we browsed literally the entire store, admiring seemingly every item, I was excited to see clothing brands like Umgee, THML, POL, Free People, and Daydreamer. The inventory was FULL of the kinds of statement colors, patterns, textures, and silhouettes that any artfully-curated closet needs! We wanted everything in the store and had to practice restraint! Walked away with a couple choice items and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. So grateful to've found such a magical little gem in Duluth!”

“I am a Korean-American who was adopted by a white family as a baby. I’m on a journey to reconnect with my Korean heritage. So I went to Hanbok Town just to browse and maybe learn more about the traditional garments. The two women at the shop who seemed like the owners were so kind and lovely to me. I ended up trying on a bunch of styles, the women made me feel really good. It was really validating getting the opinions of the two who were experts on the beautiful garments and what they thought suited me best. Throughout the visit they taught me different words and were just radiating with positivity. You could tell that they were happy I was there. I ended up purchasing a beautiful jeogori. And as I was leaving they both gave me the biggest hugs. Overall it was an experience I will remember for the rest of my life.”

“I recently shopped at Burlington Store #01515 in Duluth, Georgia, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received.
During my visit, I purchased several items for my home, including a large planter with a tree. As I was approaching the exit, I asked two employees if they could simply keep an eye on my shopping cart while I went to get my car and pull it up to the front of the store.
Immediately after I asked, an employee named Rose went above and beyond. She told me she could do better than just watch my items—she offered to help carry everything out to my car. I asked her if she was sure because I didn’t want to inconvenience her, but she insisted on helping.
Experiences like this are what set one store apart from another. From the friendly cashier at Register #3 to my interaction with Rose, my shopping experience was exceptional from start to finish.
It was a true testament that there are still people in this world who don’t just go to work for a paycheck—they go to work because they genuinely enjoy what they do and value creating positive experiences for their customers.
I am very grateful that Burlington hires employees who truly care about customer satisfaction. Thank you, Rose, and thank you to the entire team at Store #01515 for making my shopping experience such a pleasant one.”

Either way I made my way to the store and was Beyond satisfied with my experience from the manager and another employee who was new. They were friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating! They made sure I had everything I needed for a wedding next week. And that experience alone changed my perspective of the company and the minor issue with the phone.
