About Courtyard Atlanta Alpharetta
Courtyard Atlanta Alpharetta offers a convenient location with numerous restaurants and shopping options nearby, including Walmart and North Point Mall. While recently renovated, guests note that the hotel still feels dated, particularly the rooms and bathrooms, which some describe as needing updating. Check-in is quick, and the staff is friendly and professional, providing helpful service throughout the stay. However, there are complaints about housekeeping and the overall maintenance of the property, with issues like smoke odors, malfunctioning TVs, and elevator concerns. The hotel features a bistro and bar, where guests have enjoyed generous drinks and friendly bartenders. Although the breakfast options are limited, the lobby area is pleasant. Overall, Courtyard Atlanta Alpharetta is a decent choice for business trips or short stays, but some guests suggest considering alternatives for a more updated experience.

Very friendly staff & very nice, well maintained rooms and amenities. My ONLY complaint is the paid parking. There seems to be plenty & I'm unsure why that is an extra charge.

So overall I think this is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. There’s never overflowing bins or rubbish anywhere. Staff is very friendly and helpful and it’s wonderfully situations to many wonderful restaurants and trails/nature.
