“First off the staff is top notch! The rooms were comfortable! No carpet is a huge plus and very clean rooms! Breakfastbhad so many choices! The air-conditioner was fantastic during this heat! The hotel is centrally located for food, activities, and stores. Very animal friendly for service and other well behaved dogs! “I checked in on Tuesday and Marquis was the one who helped me at the front desk. He was really nice and welcoming and made the check-in process super easy. He answered my questions and was just overall pleasant to deal with, which I really appreciated after traveling.
The whole check-in experience was smooth and Marquis definitely started my stay off on a good note. Great customer service!”

The GPS will take you close enough lol it seems to have an issue getting you into the actual entrance but it's good enough.
I was thoroughly disappointed in the lack of a pool and had I done more research I wouldn't have booked some place without a pool.
I love the aspect that they promote health and wellness and I think a pool would be a great addition.”
“When we checked in the front desk host Ross was outstanding! I noticed how polite he was to everyone that passed thru the lobby as he was also fast and efficient at checking us in. He accommodated us with a wheelchair because my husband was coming in after having surgery. He made sure we had extra pillows so my husband could elevate his head. Thank you Ross! “I recently had an amazing experience at this hotel. I am from south Georgia and chose this location to recover after my Alpharetta-based ENT procedure. For all 6 days of my stay, the front desk staff went above and beyond. They helped me store my ice cream/popsicles, personally checked up on my recovery when I passed through the lobby, and helped me extend my stay at the last minute. They were a huge part of my recovery, and I am thankful for their patient and kind hearts. Special shout-out to Moses!”

“Loved my stay at Sonesta Suites! It’s tucked back on a side street, which makes it feel more like a cozy apartment than a hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, and my room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was super comfortable, and the hot water pressure was honestly better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was quiet, making it easy to get a great night’s rest. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Sticky floor by and in elevator, however they did mop. One garbage can in the room was left full. Two time there was an ant in the bathroom on the fifth floor. Also the once hot tub by the pool was sealed with concrete. Pool was fine though.”
