Check-in was quick , they gave us a room that smelled like wet rugs, and immediately, my allergies started acting up , we reported to the front desk, and they changed it immediately .the other room was ok , for the area and the business of the hotel it needs up grading. Staff was friendly and helpful, thanks, guys .
Food and drinks: Shopping and food all of those are very close.

Talk about bait and swtich. We had the one rate that included breakfast and upon check in the told about where to go for the breakfast. At no time did anyone at check in or in the breakfast place mention you need to be on a list and eat off a special menu. We all ordered breakfast and basically upon check out they pretty much said your problem and only credited us one breakfast. I would never stay at this rat hole of an operations

Love this place. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are very professional. The area is nice and safe there is a lot to do in the area.
Rooms: Clean
Nearby activities: So many restaurants and stores nearby. Walmart is like 2 minutes away.
Safety: No worries about safety.
Food and drinks: There are food spots seconds from the hotel. There is also a liquor store right next to those spots.

The room smelled like smoke, and the TV didn't work. In general, this property needs updating. The elevator had panel blocks missing and graffiti on the door.. Bar service was great and staff was overall friendly. The location is convenient
Rooms: Need updating, felt like I was going to fall through the tub and walls are very thin, making for excessive noises from neighbors and the hallway
Walkability: There is a Walgreens just next door but not a whole lot of dinning options
Food and drinks: The bar tender is great and drinks are generous. Starbucks coffee is good for a hotel lobby branch

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I booked two rooms here during the month of May. Two weeks prior to my stay, I realized I needed to cancel the rooms as we were no longer traveling. I canceled both immediately and received confirmation numbers. Later, I realized I was charged for one room's stay. I reached out to the hotel via phone and the person I spoke with acknowledged that I was charged, even though she could see I had cancelled. She said she would work with manager to resolve it. It has now been three weeks, six phone calls to the hotel, and two emails, and I am still yet to hear from the manager and get the incorrect charge resolved. Clearly, they just don't care. Don't bother to book here if there's any chance you may need to cancel ( even if it's weeks ahead), as they'll basically steal your money.

This hotel placed two holds on my account and charged me an additional $17.61. The customer service is horrible and the hotel is in really bad shape the carpets smell and the room is disgusting.

Nice hotel close to lots of restaurants and shops! Very good location. Too bad it doesn't have free breakfast.
