There were bugs crawling all over the desk. They moved me to the room right next door. I am a Diamond member and the manager didn’t even offer an apology. Not even points for the inconvenience. I will never stay at that location again.

Decent rooms but I can hear the people upstairs stomping around like elephants.Walkability: Lots of places within walking distance.

Great location and service! The rooms were very clean. Only reason for the 4 stars, is the hallways felt somewhat damp. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and it was evident that safety and cleaning practices were followed, which is very important with the Covid-19 virus still an issue.
