“I purchased my hubby a time piece for his birthday, in Houston, and needed to have some links removed while visiting Atlanta. We ended up at the store in Alpharetta and Monica was more than AMAZING! Not only did she remove the links, it was time for my son’s diamond cross necklace to be checked; she not only checked the diamonds, she cleaned other pieces for us. “After getting my lobes repierced and a new piercing the first time I went in. This place ain't Claire's, it all adds up quickly $$$$. I had to go back bc I tried to switch earrings and my lobe hole closed. Allie told me to let my ear heal for a couple weeks and come back in before repiercing it again. And I was so thankful she was more concerned about my healing instead of piercing my ear which was red and irritated! I went back 2 weeks later and Allie was there to pierce my ear and help me pick out the perfect earrings to make a fun and pretty stack. If you go in, I hope Allie is there to help you!”

“A close family member gifted me the Spanish Swirl ring (now retired) when I turned 13, and I have been a lover of James Avery Jewelry ever since. The jewelry truly stands the test of time. I have collected many pieces over the years, and each one is just as brilliant as the day I received it. My most recent gift was the Timeless Charm Bracelet with customized nursing school graduation charms. I used my new nurse paychecks to add more charms to the bracelet. Caroline was especially helpful in this process. She helped me select the most meaningful charms for my bracelet based on the memories I wanted to represent (getting my nursing license, moving to Georgia from Florida, etc.). She also helped me arrange my new charms so that it wouldn’t be too heavy one way or another, or look unbalanced. Her patience and tact are unmatched, and she made my bracelet perfect. She soldered the new charms onto my bracelet and polished the pre-existing charms, and the whole thing took less than two hours. We left a spot on the bracelet for one of the engagement charms, and I can’t wait. After I get engaged, I’ll be back at Northpoint’s James Avery store.”
“Dan, I apologize for taking sooooo long to write a review on Personal Touch Jewelry….so here goes!!
Absolutely LOVE PTJ! I first met Dan, the owner a couple years back when I asked him to repair a clasp on a neck chain gifted me when I was 17. ALL of the other brand jewelry stores told me it was a minimum week wait…Dan did it in FIVE MINUTES and charged a VERY reasonable price.
The second time I went to see Dan was to have a ruby replaced in one of my wife’s pinky rings that she had inherited from her mother. Again, brand jewelry stores either declined to work on it or gave me an unacceptable wait time and price. One store whose name rhymes with “hails” went so far as to question the authenticity of the stones. Dan worked his magic and wifey was ecstatic.
Dan is one of the very few proprietors who not only proves to his customes how valuable they/we are to him by his outstanding customer service, workmanship and cheerfullness, but also by offering quality jewelry at fair & honest prices.
Wifey & I decided a while back that PTJ & its owner, Dan, are now our family’s preferred jeweler.

Triniti Williams of the Alpharetta showroom was such a BIG help and really aided me in making sure I got the perfect ring for my [now] fiancée! She was able to explain everything extremely well to me, and was patient when I asked her questions regarding differences between rings. I have only good things to say about her. The ring is perfect!”

So many nice top selection, my take away is it caters to a more petit person the sizes only goes up to 32 but mostly carry up to a 28, the jeans that I tried where comfortable but I couldn't button them. They were a size 30. Overall nice place to go shopping with other shopping stores, nice place to just hang with friends, visit the Avalon in Alpharetta.”
“The staff was very friendly. It’s already kind of embarrassing when you come in because you’re putting your personal belongings but they made me feel very comfortable. They gave me a very reasonable price and they made me feel like I wanted to come back and that’s very rare in places like this the general manager took his time and also went over pricing with future Sales with me and did not judge me because I was pawning an item in the store. I think this goes a far away and it speaks to the training in these people and I would Recommend this place to everyone.”
