“Our countertop and backsplash were installed today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. A couple of months ago, I had to deal with a new countertop and backsplash installed by a different team from another local company, and I was frustrated -I could hardly believe what I was seeing. So, I was understandably nervous when I decided to redo the kitchen. But this team completely exceeded my expectations. For us, it was important to have the quartz backsplash in one piece without an ugly vertical seam. Every time I brought this up to other groups, I was told it would be very difficult and that a vertical seam next to the microwave border would be unavoidable. However, Legacy Countertop made it happen in a single piece with no issues at all. They took the time to carefully measure and assess everything to achieve the best possible result!

“Well, this has been a long time in coming. What started out as a dream in March of 2025 has finally come true. PK&D deserves nothing but praise for taking on our difficult kitchen renovation and making it an absolutely gorgeous product.
The people are one thing, wonderful, but what made it for me and my wife was that this company was there, without excuses or complaints when we needed them the most. The teams are professional and clearly experienced, clean up each day was a given however when we were all done.. the unimaginable happened. Our counters (quartzite) cracked! Not along fissures mind you, but across the surface in two places. We panicked and made the call...
The PK&D team showed up a few days later, conducted a thorough examination of the material and support structures and then announced we were getting new countertops! A mess? Yes. But try getting things fixed with a fly by night company, or if you act as your own general contractor. The bottom line when you are spending $90K + is that the company you hire better be a good one. And PK&D met every standard I have for transparency, quality and workmanship.
Finally, the follow-up visits for cabinet door alignment and final touches was performed with no questions asked. Wonderful.
You get what you pay for and they are not cheap... but quality comes at a price and I was and am happy to pay them.

“After having a disappointing experience at another showroom, I decided to visit this store—and the difference was night and day.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately by Richie, who was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. I explained that I was remodeling a bathroom and looking for a specific bathtub. Although they didn't have the model I wanted on display, Richie took the time to understand what I was looking for and gathered my contact information.

Shortly after I left the store, he emailed me several options, including the exact bathtub I had been searching for. His communication was excellent, he responded quickly, and he made the entire process incredibly easy.

Because I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel, timing was critical and I couldn't afford delays. Thanks to Richie's help, I had my bathtub the very next day. The tub is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I envisioned for the project.

“We had a wonderful experience furnishing our living room with Crate & Barrel, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Our designer, Channing, was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. She truly listened to our needs and helped us maximize the seating space in a way we never would have thought of on our own.

We ended up selecting three sofa pieces—two in performance fabric and one in leather—along with two fabric ottomans and one leather ottoman. The performance fabric has already proven to be amazing and so easy to clean, which is a huge win for everyday living. The leather is equally impressive—rich, beautiful brown and incredibly high quality. The mix of materials adds so much warmth and character to the room.

The in-store customer service was excellent, and while the custom pieces took about three months to arrive, the wait was completely worth it. Everything came together beautifully, and we are thrilled with how our new space looks and feels. Highly recommend the design services and custom furniture—an outstanding experience all around!”
