Friendly and helpful staff. Staff handled returns with ease and helped to find new items. Store had lots of good items on sale.

My favorite LOFT store. Amazing customer service. The lady that works at the checkout is funny, engaging and always has everyone smiling. The store is large and has a huge collection of styles. Love it.
