“I have been to this location twice, both time's I was helped by Mr. Santos and the experience was exceptional. The first time, I was in a hurry and they were extremely accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable which made my trip quick and easy. The second, I had to make a return and again it was professional and quick. They have a machine that reads your foot size/shape/etc. etc. to make finding the perfect fit hassle free and easy. I would recommend this store over and over to anyone looking for a new set of shoes for running/walking/etc.”

“I was on my way to work in when my only pair of black flats literally snapped in half. I stand all day, so heels weren’t an option. In desperation, I turned into Rack Room Shoes, and Millie came to the rescue. I’m a grown adult but have small, kid-size feet, which makes finding shoes tricky. She spent a solid 10 minutes helping me and found the perfect pair. Thanks to her, I made it to work on time and comfortable. She’s an outstanding employee who truly went above and beyond!

“I don’t usually enjoy going into stores these days, but our visit to Tillys was an exception. We came in to return a pair of jeans that didn’t fit, and Maddie, the store manager, made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She was not only helpful but also very personable, taking the time to figure out what style we were really looking for instead of just rushing us through.
The store itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, but Maddie truly made the difference. Great customer service is rare these days, and she reminded us how pleasant shopping in person can be. Tillys is lucky to have her on their team. I hope they know how valuable she is. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back.”
“This is a great Loft. Big and spacious store, helpful and friendly staff, convenient parking, and great selection of clothes. They even have a decent amount of petite clothes in-store. I have shopped in store, done the same day pick-up/ship to store, and returned item from online orders and all have been great experiences. It’s nice having someone bring clothes to the dressing room while you walk around the store so you aren’t lugging them all around while still browsing. It’s also nice having someone help with bringing another size or option if you’re already in the dressing room. The store is clean and well organized. They even organize the sale section by color!”

I called for availability and they had 2. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would hold one…..with just a name and phone number. I arrived after lunch to pick it up and was greeted and asked what can we do for you today? I was amazed at the inventory and displays. I browsed and found a wallet for myself.
While check out it warranty was explained and other add ons including burned in initials. Great Place and Staff!”

“This store usually has my shoe size whenever I’m looking for different style of Nikes I wear. The customer service is cool but they can get a little distracted when it get busy but other than that, this is my go to store for sneakers.”

“Out of all the shops on Market St., this is my favorite. I'm not sure if the person working is the manager or sales associate, but she was welcoming and engaging. I purchased two dresses for my daughter and two tops for myself. I really liked how the items were organized by color/print. The store also smelled wonderful, almost spa-like. Wish I lived closer to this shop. I highly recommend and will definitely return should I be back in the area!”

I always find great deal in their sale section and they always have super items in the non-sale section. The sales ladies are always willing to get a size or something that might work better. “I've been a DSW fan for years and this location(North Point) is the best! I received a dsw gift card for Christmas, and when I went in to use it there was nothing on it. I came back a few days later with the receipt and activation info, expecting a hassle. The two women who helped me were so kind. From the beginning, they were friendly and genuinely helpful. One woman is named Victoria, and unfortunately I didn't catch the other woman's name, but they were great! Victoria was on the phone with corporate for over 30 minutes! She got disconnected multiple times, but patiently kept sorting out the problem. Meanwhile, she and her coworker are steadily ringing up and helping other customers, all with a smile! After all the problems, Victoria worked it out and got my gift card back on line. This is the best customer service I have ever had, thanks to Victoria and her coworker! Thank you ladies, you are the best!”
