“I cannot say enough wonderful things about New Balance and their incredible team! I recently visited the store to be fitted for a new pair of sneakers, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation.
As a taller woman, I have always struggled to find shoes that fit comfortably, especially because of the shape of my feet. The team took so much time with me, listened to exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my choice. They fitted me in a pair of 9060s, and I am absolutely blown away. This is my first pair of New Balances, and they are hands down the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can already tell I am going to be completely obsessed!
What stood out most was how genuinely kind, patient, and attentive everyone was. I never felt rushed or pressured. They truly cared about helping me find exactly what I wanted and making sure the fit was perfect. Exceptional customer service like this is so rare, and their team deserves all the recognition. I cannot recommend this store or the amazing people who work there highly enough. They have absolutely made me a New Balance customer for life!”

“I love shopping at this store. They have quite a variety of men’s shirts and clothing. The clothing is great for golfing or for more casual business activities and they have some fun sports related shirts which are great to wear to games. They have Falcons and Braves themed shirts as well as SEC schools and a few other southern schools like GA Tech, Clemson and FSU”
“The bedding, and cookware are having a fantastic sale. Great prices on down comforters, originally went for a price adjustment ended up buying multiple items in both departments. Sales associates were fantastic all three of them”

“Out of all the shops on Market St., this is my favorite. I'm not sure if the person working is the manager or sales associate, but she was welcoming and engaging. I purchased two dresses for my daughter and two tops for myself. I really liked how the items were organized by color/print. The store also smelled wonderful, almost spa-like. Wish I lived closer to this shop. I highly recommend and will definitely return should I be back in the area!”

“This is the best J.Jill in the Atlanta metro area. The ladies in this store are so helpful without being pushy. I always find great deal in their sale section and they always have super items in the non-sale section. The sales ladies are always willing to get a size or something that might work better. It is just a pleasure to shop with them - almost like shopping with girlfriends !”

“I don’t usually enjoy going into stores these days, but our visit to Tillys was an exception. We came in to return a pair of jeans that didn’t fit, and Maddie, the store manager, made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She was not only helpful but also very personable, taking the time to figure out what style we were really looking for instead of just rushing us through.
The store itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, but Maddie truly made the difference. Great customer service is rare these days, and she reminded us how pleasant shopping in person can be. “This is a great Loft. Big and spacious store, helpful and friendly staff, convenient parking, and great selection of clothes. They even have a decent amount of petite clothes in-store. I have shopped in store, done the same day pick-up/ship to store, and returned item from online orders and all have been great experiences. It’s nice having someone bring clothes to the dressing room while you walk around the store so you aren’t lugging them all around while still browsing. It’s also nice having someone help with bringing another size or option if you’re already in the dressing room. The store is clean and well organized. They even organize the sale section by color!”

Also helped me with perfect insoles, socks and laces so I don't have to bend down to tie laces. All her service with patience and smile. Also helped me with Oolala home slippers which are very comfortable. I can now walk with less pain and hopefully recover faster. Thankyou Ms Jessica for all your help and great service.
