Macy's is a huge, well-organized department store with a very wide variety of items. It offers a first class selection of top fashion brands, clothing, shoes, housewares, gifts, cosmetics, and furniture. Some locations also include a Toys R Us and a cafe. Some items are on the pricey side, but there are also a lot of good clearance items. The people at Macy's are consistently noted as being really super helpful, polite, and nice. Employees provide wonderful customer service, often going above and beyond, even under tremendous holiday pressure. Staff are knowledgeable, will look up items, and are dedicated to giving stunning service with attention and care, which leads customers to highly recommend the store and state they will be back.

I'm not much of a shopper but when I do go to the mall it's always a must, to go to Macy's for my perfume/cologne and the specials. They have different selections and departments. The Macy's card definitely helps. Employees are nice and helpful for the most part...
