“Great staff and a must visit for outdoor clothing including a large selection of Yeti cups, bottles and coolers. On days the Alpharetta outdoor market is going on smile, enjoy and prepare for limited parking.”
“Outstanding service at this shop. Took a guided wade trip on the Hooch and it was an experience everyone should have. It’s not for the feint of heart because the Chattahoochee isn’t as slow as it looks, but if you want to experience the beauty of it and catch a LOT of nice Browns, this is the trip to take.
The shop itself has a down home feel to it. The staff are second to none and cater to whatever you’re looking for. They didn’t have my size in waders, but I tried on every pair they had that we thought might fit. I did make some purchases that REALLY helped my next days adventure.
Yes, I’ll be back to visit soon and stop in to get the latest fishing report and even book another trip through them. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because there wasn’t 6!”

When they don't have his size on the floor, they always check the stock room and when they don't have it they always offer free delivery service.”

“I don’t usually enjoy going into stores these days, but our visit to Tillys was an exception. We came in to return a pair of jeans that didn’t fit, and Maddie, the store manager, made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She was not only helpful but also very personable, taking the time to figure out what style we were really looking for instead of just rushing us through.
The store itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, but Maddie truly made the difference. Great customer service is rare these days, and she reminded us how pleasant shopping in person can be. Tillys is lucky to have her on their team. I hope they know how valuable she is. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back.”

“I have gone to this location of American Eagle in the past and received terrible customer service. I honestly avoided going into this store location for a while because of my past experiences. However, I decided to give it another try today and was pleasantly surprised with the employees this time around. Matthew was the main one to help me, and he was fantastic! He greeted me and my Mom, told us about the current deals, checked online for other items I was interested in, helped us in the dressing rooms and even sold me on taking advantage of the BOGO. Him and his co-worker John did a great job running the store. I am so happy that I gave this location another try. Will definitely be coming back if Matthew & John are working! Please keep hiring great employees like these two, American Eagle! :)”
“The clothes are fairly cheap and they have a pretty good selection. So far as fast fashion goes they do a reasonably ethical job of producing them. I just wish it was easier to find things to fit my tween daughter, when we go here it seems like we have to wander around quite a bit to find anything.”
